| Objective:This clinical research aims to explore the value of TCM in postoperative treatment of colorectal cancer,improve the clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of postoperative"Chang Yu"of colorectal cancer,and provide a new idea for the treatment of postoperative"intestinal depression"of colorectal cancer.Methods:Sixty-three patients who met the inclusion criteria are selected for clinical observation.They are divided into two groups,with the method of stochastic,that are treatment group(31 cases)and control group(32 cases).Treatment group:The patients were given"Shu Mu Fu Tu Decoction+Mei Chang'an(bacillus subtilis combined with live bacteria enteric capsules)2~#Po tid"for one course of treatment for 7 days,two courses of treatment were continuously observed,and clinical symptoms were observed and recorded;Control group:"Shu Gan Granules 10g Po bid+Mei Chang'an(bacillus subtilis combined with live bacteria enteric capsules)2~#Po tid"was given for 7 days for one course of treatment,and two consecutive courses of treatment were observed.Results:1.The clinical efficacy of the two groups are compared(P<0.01),indicating a very significant difference with statistical significance.The effective rate of the treatment group is 90.32%and the control group is 65.63%,so in terms of drugs efficacy,the treatment group was higher than the control group.2.Comparison of changes in QOL score(P<0.01)showed significant difference and statistical significance,indicating that the effect of QOL score changes in the treatment group is significantly better than that in the control group.3.Safety index analysis showed that liver and kidney function,heart rate,blood pressure,respiration and pulse of patients in the two groups were within the normal range during the whole course of treatment,indicating that drugs in both groups are safe.4.The analysis of adverse reactions showed that there were no obvious adverse reactions in the whole course of treatment,indicating that the design of the clinical research method and the medication had safety and reliability.Conclusions:Shu Mu Fu Tu Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of diarrhea,intestinal cramps,abdominal pain and other discomfort symptoms after colorectal cancer surgery.Compared with the control group,this prescription has a significant effect on the overall efficacy and can also significantly improve the QOL score of patients. |
