A Clinical Study About Jieyu Sanjie Decoction Treating The Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Of Breast Cancer-related Depression

ObjectiveIn this study,Jieyu Sanjie Recipe was used to treat breast cancer-related depression with liver depression and spleen deficiency.By comparing the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Sanjie Recipe and Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of breast cancer-related depression and the improvement of patients’ quality of life,To evaluate the clinical significance of Jieyu Sanjie Recipe in the treatment of breast cancer-related depression.MethodsA total of 70 patients who met the diagnostic criteria from the second tumor area of Guangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were included in this study.They were divided into treatment group and control group by random grouping.Each group was divided into treatment group and control group.35 cases were treated with Jieyu Sanjie Recipe and Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets respectively,with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.In the second and fourth weeks of treatment,the HAMD17 scale scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were recorded,and the quality of life of the patients was scored before and after treatment,and statistical tools were used for data processing to draw results and conclusions.Result(1)Baseline data comparison:all patients’ age,course of disease,breast cancer stage,operation,absence of breast,whether to accept radiotherapy and chemotherapy,whether recurrence and metastasis,depression were compared.There was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.(2)Comparison of curative effect of HAMD17 scale:The overall effective rates of the treatment group in the second and fourth weeks of treatment were 28.6%and 88.57%,respectively;the overall effective rates of the control group were 8.6%and 71.42%,respectively.The two groups were tested and analyzed.,Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a significant difference in the overall curative effect during 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the overall curative effect in 4 weeks(P>0.05).(3)HAMD17 scale score comparison:from the first day,the second week and the fourth week before treatment,the improvement of depression status of all patients was evaluated.The results showed that with the extension of treatment time,the hamd17 scale scores of the two groups showed a downward trend,compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in the second and fourth weeks of treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the hamd17 score between the two groups,compared with the control group,in the second and fourth weeks of treatment(P>0.05);compared with before treatment,the hamd17 score of the treatment group was the second Compared with before treatment,the hamd17 scores of the control group were significantly different in the second and fourth week of treatment(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of TCM curative effect:from the perspective of TCM syndrome curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group in the second and fourth week of treatment was 3 7.14%and 85.71%,while that of the control group in the second and fourth week of treatment was 8.57%and 54.29%.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in TCM curative effect of the treatment group in the second and fourth week(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of TCM syndrome score:there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score after the second week of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in TCM syndrome score after the fourth week of treatment(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,there were significant differences in TCM Syndrome score after the second week and the fourth week of treatment between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.01).(6)Quality of life efficacy comparison:compared with before treatment,after 4 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference in KPS score between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,there was significant difference in KPS score in the treatment group at the 4th week(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in KPS score in the control group at the 4th week(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total improvement rate of quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Jieyu Sanjie formula can effectively improve the depressive symptoms of breast cancer-related depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency type.2.The curative effect of Jieyu Sanjie Decoction on breast cancer-related depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency type is not inferior to sertraline hydrochloride tablets.3.Jieyu Sanjie decoction can improve the quality of life of breast cancer-related depression patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency,which is not inferior to sertraline hydrochloride tablets.
