The Clinical Study Of JianPi ShuGan Decoction In The Treatment Of Hp Infection Caused By Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency

ObjectiveHelicobacter pylori can cause a variety of diseases,including chronic gastritis,anemia,urticaria,and lead to increased incidence of gastric cancer.With the continuous improvement of western medicine,it has achieved a good eradication rate and curative effect,but the improvement of symptoms is not good,and Hp can be repeatedly infected,the increase of antibiotic resistance rate makes its eradication rate lower and lower.The latest clinical practice and research results show that "three-fourthly combination therapy"combined with traditional Chinese medicine,or traditional Chinese medicine decoction can improve clinical symptomsand the eradication rate of Hp,reduce drug resistance rate,drug side effects,repeated infections and other effects.In order to improve the clinical symptoms of TCM Helicobacter pylori infection and improve its eradication rate,this study used the quadruple therapy combined with the instructor experience Fang Jianpi Shugan Decoction to conduct a clinical controlled study.MethodsIn this study,104 patients of helicobacter pylori infection with liver depression and spleen deficiencyinTCM were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and ultimately completed in 50 cases each.The experimental group was treated with jianpi shugan decoction combined with quadruple chemotherapy for 2 weeks,while the control group was treated with quadruple chemotherapy for 2 weeks,both groups were supplemented with health education.Before and after the treatment,symptoms such as stomach or flank pain,abdominal distension,anorexia,eructation,Acid regurgitation and other related symptoms were scored.The results of 14C-breath test were reviewed after the 6th week of the experiment,and the statistics,analysis and comparison of symptoms score and eradication rate were made.ResultsAccording to statistical statistics,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease and total score of symptoms before treatment(P>0.05),while there was significant difference in total score of symptoms after' treatment(10.05).There was a significant difference in the total score of symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).In terms of individual symptom score,symptoms such as stomach or flank pain,abdominal distension,anorexia and depression/irritability were significantly improved after treatment,and the scores were significantly different(P<0.05).Compared of the totaleff icacy of the two groups of patients,the experimental group was 92%,while the control group was 84%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the eradication rate of Hp infection in the two groups was 88%in the experimental group and 78%in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionCompared with simple quadruple therapy,Jianpi Shugan Decoction combined with quadruple therapy for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)has a significant effect on the improvement of overall symptoms.Jianpi Shugan Decoction attaches great importance to "supporting the righteousness and evil spirits",combined with conventional quadruple therapy,supplemented by health education,which provides new ideas and programs for Helicobacter pylori infection of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.
