Nose-sensitive Tablets In The Treatment Of Perennial Allergic Rhinitis Lung Deficiency Syndrome Types Of Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bimin Tablets on Perennial Allergic Rhinitis of Deficiency of Lung Deficiency Syndrome and its effect on serum IL-13 and Eotaxin in nasal secretions though comparing with Yuping feng Powder. Objectively evaluate the efficiency and safety of Bimin Tablets on Perennial Allergic Rhinitis of Deficiency of Lung Deficiency Syndrome, and further, explore its mechanism.Material and Methods:60 patients with Perennial Allergic Rhinitis of Deficiency of Lung Deficiency Syndrome are randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients each.The treatment group was treated with Bimin Tablets and Azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray(Minqi),the control group was treated with Yupingfeng Power and Azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray(Minqi).Minqi was only used in first week.After 30 days of treatment, both groups were observed the effects in improving clinical syndromes,the serum level of IL-13 and Eotaxin in nasal secretions.Result:(1)The total effective rate of curative effect was 83.33% in treatment group, while 56.67% in control group。There was significant difference between two groups after treatment (P<0.05). (2)Both groups can reduce serum level of IL-13(P<0.05), and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant (P<0.05).(3)Both groups can reduce Eotaxin in nasal secretions (P<0.05), and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Bimin Tablets had extract curative effect in perennial Allergic Rhinitis of Deficiency of Lung Deficiency Syndrome, it was related with which can reduce serum IL-13 and Eotaxin in nasal secretions.It can improve the organism of the immunity mechanism,and further,improve the clinical symptom.It is the safe effective drug of traditional Chinese medicine.
