A Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylopathy(Wind-and-Humid Type)with Self-Made Huoxue Qufeng Decoction

Objective: This subject mainly observes the clinical observation of self-made Huoxue Qufeng Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind-cold type),thus verifying the clinical effect of self-made prescription on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind-cold type).Provide a reference for root cervical spondylosis.Methods: 72 patients with CRS who were eligible for the diagnosis of Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into two groups(30 in the treatment group and36 in the control group),and 36 patients in the treatment group were given oral self-made Huoxue Qufeng Decoction.In the control group,36 cases were given Oral Qufeng Zhitong Capsule(Shaanxi Buchang Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.).The two groups were given 2courses of treatment(14 days for 1 course)to systematically observe the improvement of symptoms in the treatment of each group.The whole subject process was arranged for 2visits.The first visit was for the patient on the first day of the visit,and the patients were assigned an independent drug number in the order of the time.The second visit was selected on the day of the patient's treatment.Through the VAS,nerve root cervical spondylosis 20-point scale(Tan Zhong Jing Jiu),and clinical symptoms improvement,the two groups of patients were evaluated to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the drug.Results: By comparing the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the VAS score and the 20-point scale of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(Tanzhong Jingjiu)improved significantly in both groups,but the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.44%;the total effective rate of the control group was 80.6.%.After statistical analysis,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion: Through clinical data comparison,self-made Huoxue Qufeng Decoction has obvious curative effect in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(wind and cold dampness type),and has no adverse reactions,and has few side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
