A Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy(Qi-stagnation And Blood Stasis Type) With Self-made Blood Circulation Analgesic Therapy Decoction

Purpose: The treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)with treatment group of blood circulation analgesic therapy decoction and control group of blood circulation and muscles and tendons relaxation decoction were mainly observed in this subject.The clinical symptoms and signs were analyzed and the changes of the indexes before and after treatment were observed,thus to verify the clinical effect of blood circulation analgesic therapy decoction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Method: Treatment cases in this subject were selected from orthopedic clinic in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 2016 December;a total of 72 patients conforming to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases).Control group: oral blood circulation and muscles and tendons relaxation decoction “traditional Chinese traumatology lectures”,medication methods:decocting with water,juicing 300 ml,150ml orally morning and evening,1 dose per day,2 weeks for a course of treatment,and 2 consecutive treatment courses is required.Treatment group: oral blood circulation analgesic therapy decoction,medication methods: decocting with water,juicing 300 ml,150ml orally morning and evening,1 dose per day,2 weeks for a course of treatment,and 2 consecutive treatment courses is required.Two visits were scheduled during whole course,the first visit time for the patients was the initial day of grouping(that is,the first day of treatment),each patient had a separate drug number according time sequence of in group,the second visit time was the end of treatment course,the improvement degree of patient's clinical symptoms was recorded and evaluated for evaluating the safety and efficacy of the drug.Result: The treatment results of two group showed that the in treatment group,4 cases were controlled,15 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 94.44%.In the control group,3 cases were controlled,17 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 91.66%.According to statistical analysis,the efficacies of the two groups were nearly same.Conclusion: Through the comparison of clinical data,the efficacies of self-made blood circulation analgesic therapy decoction and blood circulation and muscles and tendons relaxation decoction were significant and nearly same;during the treatment,the patients in both treatment group and control group had no adverse reactions,no side effects,and they are worthy of clinical promotion.
