The Clinical Efficacy Of Erzhi Decoction Of Cervical Spondylosis Radiculopathy

Purpose:Through the 60 cases of cervical radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups with erzhi decoction for the treatment group,the symptoms Neck pain particles control group after treatment were compared based on the degree of relief,in order to explore the erzhi decoction decoction clinical efficacy and safety of nerve root type cervical spondylosis,in order to optimize the medical treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis provide new ideas.Methods:Clinical subjects from April 2013 to February 2014 in Jiangsu Province Hospital clinic patients,selected cases in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria of nerve root type cervical spondylosis,60 patients were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group sample size for each sample was 30 cases,comparative analysis of whether there are significant differences between the two groups information and determine whether there are two groups were comparable.Treatment group of 30 patients decoction erzhi decoction,one dose a day,morning and evening hours;Neck pain particles control group of 30 patients taking the particles,the daily bag,3 times a day.Groups were treated for 3 weeks,need continuous treatment,observation tap in the first week after treatment,the second weekend,the third weekend.Evaluation tools:visual analog pain VAS score of 6 points and raised in Japan Tianzhongjingjiu nerve root type cervical spondylosis symptoms quantization table to score a total of 20 points classification,the treatment effect of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated.Results:The rating scale clinical study,data collection,statistical analysis,results showed that:1)the treatment of the two groups of patients before general information,from age,sex,baseline pain levels and other indicators of the analysis,the results of P>0.05,not statistically significant.Description Baseline groups were consistent.2)compared with patients VAS score(pain visual analogue scale)before treatment and symptoms of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy quantization table score,the results show P>0.05,illustrate two indexes symptoms consistent,comparable.3)treatment groups at three time points observed statistical indicators-pain score,cervical spondylosis Symptom Scale total score and clinical efficacy than the control group,the control group statistical indicators at three time points,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Description erzhi decoction was superior efficacy Neck pain particles control group;course of treatment,no significant side effects and complications.Conclusion:erzhi decoction can improve pain and related symptoms in patients with cervical radiculopathy,the erzhi decoction group was superior efficacy Neck pain particles control group;patients during the study period did not appear significant adverse reactions,erzhi decoction particle soup with neck pain all have security and reliability.erzhi decoction is the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis recommended clinical use.
