Clinical Study On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(Blood Stasis And Qi Stagnation Type) By Self-made Huoxue Xingqi Zhitong Decoction

Purpose: Invigorating the study aimed to observe the decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(blood stasis and qi stagnation type)of the clinical curative effect,adopt scientific method of statistical analysis for the treatment of self-made decoction for comprehensive evaluation of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Method: 66 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(blood stasis and qi stagnation type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received self-made decoction,the control group received Jingtong pills.Each group of patients were treated for 2 weeks of treatment,recorded before treatment?after 1week treatment and after 2 weeks treatment of the two groups of patients with changes in symptom score and pain score.The clinical study of the observation of curative effect reference to the JOA and VAS score scale.The clinical study of the efficacy of reference to“the diagnosis criteria of the syndrome of Chinese medicine”.The main clinical symptoms score statistics of the patients,group and between groups before and after treatment,was assessed by the level method and analyzed statistically.Result: In the two groups,the treatment group received self-made decoction and the control group received Jingtong pills,after treatment and before treatment have obvious difference(P < 0.05),no difference between the two groups of clinical total effective rate(P >0.05).Conclusion: Through clinical observation and statistical analysis of the curative effect of self-made decoction for treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,we can say that the self-made decoction has exact curative effect.
