Clinical Observation Of Qingfei Yin Combined With Antibiotics In The Treatment Of 30 Children With Pneumonia And Asthma(Wind-heat Closure Lung Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms of children with pneumonia and asthma(wind-heat closure of the lung syndrome)treated by Qingfei Yin combined with antibiotics,and objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Yin in treating children with pneumonia and asthma(wind-heat closure of the lung syndrome).Methods: Sixty children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with routine western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Qingfei Decoction,and the control group was treated with Maxing Shigan Decoction.Observe and record the fever,cough,asthma,lung auscultation and so on,and record the total hospitalization days of the children.Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups of children and evaluate the curative effect of TCM syndromes and disease.Results: The total effective rate of TCM syndromes and diseases in the treatment group was 93.33 and 83.3 respectively,which was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05).The clinical symptoms of phlegm obstruction in the treatment group were better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the heart rate,thirst,vomiting and appetite in the secondary symptoms and signs(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Qingfei Yin combined with routine western medicine treatment of children with pneumonia and asthma(wind-heat and lung-closure syndrome)has definite clinical efficacy,no obvious adverse reactions and side effects,and is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of this disease.
