Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia phlegm-heat of the lung syndrome combined with myocardial injury,and to provide a basis for the clinical application of mycoplasma pneumonia combined with myocardial injury.Methods:Fifty-six cases were selected from the Department of Pediatrics,Dongfang Hospital,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In line with the western medicine Mycoplasma pneumonia with myocardial injury into the standard,Chinese medicine pneumonia syndrome is phlegm-heat of the lung syndrome.They were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group of 28 cases.The experimental group was given Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction on the basis of intravenous azithromycin anti-infection,intravenous energy mixture and oral coenzyme Q10 nutrient myocardium.The control group was given MaXing Shigan Decoction Modified.The two group of children was given before and after treatment that the clinical main observation indicators(body temperature,breathing,heart rate,cough,sputum,rales,chest tightness or long breath,chest radiograph),secondary observation indicators(mental,appetite,fatigue,sweating,cold limbs),laboratory indicators(C-reactive protein,myocardial enzymes),electrocardiogram and efficacy evaluation of the comparison,observation of oral Chinese medicine Qingfei Huatan Huoxue combined with intravenous azithromycin,energy mixture and oral coenzyme Q10 nutrition myocardial treatment of pediatric mycoplasma Clinical effect of pneumonia complicated with myocardial injury.Results:The total effective rate was 92.9%in the experimental group and 89.3%in the control group,which indicated that the experimental group and the control group were effective in the treatment of mycoplasmal pneumonia(phlegm-heat of the lung syndrome).Compared with two groups before and after treatment,the main observation indicators(such as body temperature,breathing,heart rate,rales,cough,sputum,chest radiograph),secondary indicators(such as mental,appetite appetite,fatigue,sweating,cold limbs)and total score improvement were significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.01),which is indicating that the two groups of treatment can improve the mycoplasmal pneumonia(phlegm-heat of the lung syndrome)with myocardial injury main and secondary observation indicators points.Compared with two group main observation indicators(respiratory,heart rate,cough)after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group in improving the children's breathing,heart rate,reduce cough had obvious advantages of the control group,but compared with the other main observation indicators after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which is indicating that the two groups to improve the body temperature,sputum,rales,chest tightness or long breath,chest radiographs had no obvious difference.In the secondary indicators after treatment such as mental,appetite,fatigue,sweating,cold limbs were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which is indicating that the two groups to improve secondary indicators had no obvious difference.Compared with two group the main indicators total score,the secondary indicators total score and total score after treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),whcih is not able to explain the experimental group in the course of this study,efficacy is better than control group.There was significant differences in the CRP level between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),which is showing that the two groups could decrease the CRP level.There was statistically significant between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),whcih showing that the experimental group had an advantage of the control group in deducing the children's CRP level.There were significant differences in myocardial enzymes between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01),which is showing that the two groups could significantly reduce the myocardium zymogram of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia complicated with myocardial injury.CK were significantly different between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),AST,LDH,HBDH and CK-MB were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which is showing that the experimental group in reducing children's CK is better than the control group and the two groups in reducing children with AST,LDH,HBDH,CK-MB were the same.Conclusion:Comparing with MaXing Shigan Decoction Modified,Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction combined with intravenous azithromycin,energy mixture and oral coenzyme Q10 nutrition myocardium,whose clinical efficacy of positive,which for the children with mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with myocardium injury.Compared with the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia(phlegm-heat of the lung syndrome)combined with myocardial injury,Qingfei Huatan Huoxue Decoction Modified had advantages of improving breathing,heart rate,cough symptoms,reducing C-reactive protein,CK,MaXing Shigan Decoction Modified with energy mixture and oral coenzyme Q10 treatment.The program has a clear effect,less adverse reactions and it can significantly improve the state of myocardial injury in children,which is exact effect,suitable for clinical promotion.
