The Clinical Study Of "acupuncture-medicine-membrane" In The Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris Of Lung Meridian Wind-heat Type

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine and facial mask group in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and feasibility of fire needle treatment,so as to provide a clinical basis for fire needle treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods: In this study,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomized into two groups,36 in the treatment group and 36 in the control group.The treatment group was treated with fire needle combined with Qingfei Quzhi Fang plus Giant cherry cream plaster.The control group was treated with Qingfei Quzhi Fang plus Giant cherry cream plaster.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks and returned every 2weeks.Second,observe the type and number of lesions,changes in symptoms,grading of rash severity and occurrence of adverse reactions.After the treatment,a comprehensive evaluation of its efficacy was made.Results:1.When all cases were completed,3 cases were shedding,and 69 cases were finally completed.69 cases were included in the analysis.2.Comparison of general data: The age,sex and type of pre-treatment lesions,number and systemic symptom scores of the two groups were compared.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.Comparison of curative effect: treatment of depression;recovery of 0 cases(0%),markedly effective in 7 cases(20.6%),effective in 26 cases(76.5%),ineffective in 1 case(2.9%),total effective rate was 97.1%;0 cases(0%),1 case(2.9%),30 cases(85.7%),and 4 cases(11.4%),the total effective rate was 88.6%.The difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The effect of fire needle combined with Qingfei Quzhi Fang and external use Giant cherry cream plaster is better than Qingfei Quzhi Fang combined with topical giant cherry cream plaster treatment.2.fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine,mask combination treatment can significantly improve the type and number of skin lesions in patients with mild to moderate acne,TCM symptoms,can significantly reduce the severity of hemorrhoids,the improvement of the fire needle group is better than the control group.3.fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine,mask combination treatment program with high safety and side effects.
