| Objective:To observe the effect of Qingfei Huatan Decoction combined with Western medicine routines on TCM syndrome scores and serum PCT in patients with community-acquired pneumonia(phlegm-heat-pulmonary lung type),and to evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:70 patients with community-acquired pneumonia(phlegm-heat-pulmonary lung type)who were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.There were 35 cases in each group,of which 3 cases withdrew from the test for personal reasons,and 67 cases were actually completed.The control group was given anti-infection,cough and phlegm treatment,symptomatic treatment,etc.The treatment group was treated with Qingfei Huatan Recipe on the basis of the control group,1 dose per day,300 ml water decoction,150 ml twice a day morning and evening,the course of treatment 7 day.Observe the TCM syndromes,serum PCT and safety indexes of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was91.18%,and that of the control group was 81.82%.The treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased(P <0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Serum PCT level decreased after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).4.The safety indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment had no obvious abnormal changes.Conclusion:1.Qingfei Huatan Recipe can reduce the TCM syndrome scores ofpatients with community-acquired pneumonia(phlegm-heat stagnation type).2.Qingfei Huatan Recipe can reduce the symptoms and signs of patients with community-acquired pneumonia.3.Qingfei Huatan Recipe can reduce the serum PCT level in patients with community-acquired pneumonia(phlegm-heat stagnation type).4.Qingfei Huatan Recipe is safe and effective in treating community-acquired pneumonia(phlegm-heat-lung type). |
