Clinical Observation Of Maqin Qingfei Decoction Combined With Chinese Medicine In Treating Children With Lobular Pneumonia(Phlegm-heat Syndrome)

Objective:Application supervisor experience maqin qingfei decoction with Chinese medicine soup stains collapse treatment of lobar pneumonia children phlegm heat closed lungs,observe its clinical curative effect,evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment to treat infantile phlegm heat closed the effectiveness and safety of lobar pneumonia,verify the tutor experience and external treatment,providing theoretical basis for a large number of clinical application and data support.Methods:Will be included in the standard of 90 cases of children with lobar pneumonia,in accordance with the principle of random grouping:divided into control group(western medicine antibiotics of the anti-infection treatment),treatment group A(control group treatment+tutor experience on the basis of clear lung MaQin soup)and treatment group B(group A+on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment are stains down),5 days for A period of treatment,observation 2 course of treatment.Before and after the observation,safety observation indexes and curative effect observation indexes(see the observation table for details)of each group were monitored and recorded in strict accordance with the integral situation.Results:90 cases were observed,0 cases were exfoliated,and 0 cases were excluded.Before the study,gender,age,onset season and disease degree of each group were compared,and there was no significant difference between the groups,indicating that there was comparability.According to statistical analysis,the effective rate in the control group was 86.67%,including 1 case(3.33%)cured,5 cases(16.67%)significantly effective,20cases(66.67%)effective,and 4 cases(13.33%)ineffective.The effective rate of control group A was 96.67%,among which 5 cases(16.67%)were cured,11 cases(36.67%)were significantly effective,13 cases(43.33%)were effective,and 1 case(3.33%)was ineffective.Treatment group B effective rate was 96.67%,among which cured 7 cases(23.33%),14 cases(46.67%),effective,8 cases were markedly improved(26.67%),invalid,1 case(3.33%),the results showed that the curative effect of three groups was statistically difference(X~2=15.920,P=0.001<0.01),two further contrast display treatment group A(P=0.005<0.05)and treatment group B(p=0.001<0.01)in curative effect is significantly higher than the control group.Three groups of the show is also statistically significant(X~2=13.474,P=0.001<0.01),paired comparison found that further treatment group A(P=0.037<0.05)and treatment group B(P=0.003<0.01)were significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:1.Maqin qingfei decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine can shorten the duration of fever and shortness of breath in early stage,and accelerate the improvement of cough,expectoration and lung raucous symptoms in later stage.2.It can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and increase the efficiency.3.No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,indicating that traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment are effective and safe in the treatment of children with lobular pneumonia,and will become a very important method in the treatment of children with systemic diseases.
