| Objective: through of wind- heat closed lungs and phlegm heat closed by using conventional western medicine anti infection and symptomatic treatment and conventional anti infection and symptomatic treatment based on the wormwood and scutellaria maxing gan tang, herbal paste and children liniment net thermal bath treatment and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups in order to observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of infantile pneumonia lung syndrome in children with pneumonia. Methods: a retrospective analysis of Southwestern Medical School Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2014 and 2015 February were 60 cases of pneumonia cough(wind and heat blocking the lung syndrome and phlegm heat closed lung syndrome) patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group 17 patients were male, 13 female patients, male 18 cases in the treatment group and 12 cases of female. The control group only received routine western medicine anti infection and symptomatic treatment, the treatment group on the basis of conventional anti infection and symptomatic treatment with wormwood and scutellaria maxing gan tang, traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction and infantile bath heat net liniment treatment. The total effective rate of two groups after treatment, main, secondary symptoms and signs of integral were compared observation of Chinese medicine combined treatment method for the treatment of pediatric pneumonia curative effect; by the two groups of children with cough disappeared time, thermal annealing time, Rale disappearance time, hospitalization days of specific indicators, observation of the difference between the two groups in treatment. Results: the control group and treatment group, the total effective rate was 100%, but the control group cure rate was 23.33%, markedly effective rate of 73.33%; in treatment group, the cure rate was 53.33%, markedly effective rate of 86.67%, the effect of treatment in the two groups of rank sum test. The results showed that the test statistic for-2.307, P=0.021<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, suggesting that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(2) in the treatment of control group and treatment group, the main symptoms and signs of integral mean respectively 5.32±2.62, 3.37±247, statistical analysis results showed that P<0.05; after treatment in the control group, treatment group secondary symptoms and signs of integral mean respectively 1.91±1.02, 1.01±0.86, statistical analysis results showed that P<0.05, showed significant improvement in after treatment in treatment group of symptoms and signs, and curative effect is better than that of the control group. The control group and treatment group cough disappeared time were the average(8.43± 2.14) days,(6.86±2.97) days; the control group and the treatment group mean duration of fever were(3.68±1.73) days,(2.58±1.52) days; the mean control group and treatment group respectively rales disappeared time for(7.37±3.61) days,(5.01±2.59) days; In the control group and treatment group, the average days of treatment were(8.93±2.91) days,(7.07±3.02) days; statistical analysis, results showed that all indexes in the treatment group were shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), which shows that the treatment group adopted can relieve the symptoms of cough, and quickly return to normal body temperature, increase the absorption rate of pulmonary rales, reduce the treatment days, and in the comparison of each index in the time difference between the rales disappeared Most significantly, P=0.006<0.01, indicating that the treatment group has more advantages in promoting the absorption of rales. Conclusion: the use of conventional anti infection and symptomatic treatment is based on the use of wormwood and scutellaria maxing gan tang, traditional Chinese medicine ion introduction and children liniment net thermal bath in the treatment of wind heat type closed lungs and phlegm heat closed pulmonary syndrome in children with pneumonia curative effect is better than simply using western medicine conventional anti infection and symptomatic treatment, can obviously relieve pneumonia pant cough in patients with primary and secondary symptoms and signs. Combined treatment method in the heat back time, cough and rales disappearance time and hospitalized days have obvious advantages, were significantly shorter in the pure western medicine treatment group, especially in promoting the rale absorbing the advantage is more obvious. |
