Objective: We studied and compared Macaques blood oxygen saturation of the retina between normal and heat syndrome group to explore the change of the retina,s blood oxygen saturation about the heat syndrome group.Method: 12 Laboratory Macaques(male and female half),we divide it to normal and heat syndrome group randomly to detect blood oxygen saturation of the retina.Not gived drink and diet,8 hours later,the heat syndrome group pigs gived 1mg/kg endotoxin by intramuscular and the normal group did not make any processing.While we builded the heat group successfully,we used the Oxymap to detect blood oxygen saturation of normal and heat group to record and do statistical analysis.Result:1.The comparison of arterial blood oxygen saturation between the excess heat group and the normal group: the excess heat group arterial oxygen saturation was obviously lower than the normal group.there was significant difference from the excess heat group to the normal.(P<0.01).2.Comparison of blood oxygen saturation between the normal group and the excess heat group:The blood oxygen saturation of the vein was statistically significant compared with that of the normal venous blood oxygen saturation,and the decrease of oxygen saturation of the right side of the nose was more significant than that of the left(P<0.05)3.Comparison of the difference between retinal artery and venous oxygen saturation in the normal group and the real heat group: the difference between retinal artery and venous oxygen saturation in the normal group and the real heat group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Comparison of blood oxygen saturation of retinal arteries before and after molding in the excess heat group: The blood oxygen saturation and pre-molding mean of the arteries in the real heat group were statistically significant,and the bilateral nasal side decline was more pronounced than the temporal side(P<0.05)5.The difference between retinal artery and venous oxygen saturation before and after molding in excess heat group: the difference between them is statistically significant.Among them,the difference between the right upper nasal artery is significantant(P<0.05)and the venous oxygen saturation is statistically significant(P<0.01)6.Comparison of retinal vein oxygen saturation before and after molding in the excess heat group: the difference between the left subocular retinal vein oxygen saturation after molding and the pre-molding was significant statistical significance(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the blood oxygen saturation of the upper and lower nose of the right eye and the upper retinal vein of the left eye and the pre-molds(P>0.05).7.Comparison of blood oxygen saturation of different ocular retinal veins before molding in the real heat group: before molding in the real heat group,blood oxygen saturation of the upper left nose and subnasal retinal veins and the right upper nose of the right eye.Compared with the subnasal retinal venous oxygen saturation,The differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).8.Comparison of blood oxygen saturation of different ocular retinal arteries before moulding in the real heat group: There was no statistically significant difference between the blood oxygen saturation of the upper and lower nose of the left eye,upper and upper temporal,and lower temporal retinal arteries and the blood oxygen saturation of the right upper nose,lower nose,upper temporal,and lower temporal retinal arteries(P> 0.05).9.Comparison of blood oxygen saturation of different ocular retinal arteries after molding in the real heat group: In the excess heat group,the blood oxygen saturation of the lower left eye nose,upper temporal side,and lower temporal retinal arteries and the right eye.Compared with the blood oxygen saturation of the inferior retinal artery,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)There was no statistically significant difference between the blood oxygen saturation of the upper retinal artery of the left and right eyes and the blood oxygen saturation of the upper retinal artery of the right eye(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the normal group,the decreased blood oxygen saturation of retinal artery and the difference of arteriovenous oxygen saturation in real heat syndrome monkey indicate that after the temperature of real heat syndrome model macaque increased,the amount of tissue oxygen consumption increased,and the oxygen in retinal arteries increased to the tissue dispersion.;It further confirmed the characteristics of high demand oxygen,high oxygen consumption and high metabolism in the microcirculation tissue of TCM.What's more,It provided an objective basis for the theory of "Extremely heat consumption physical and psychologica energy".At the same time,it also enriches the basic experimental database of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome model.
