Objective:Explored the characteristics of blood oxygen saturation in retina blood vessel of Bama miniature pig with blood stasis syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine by establishing the animal model of blood stasis syndrome.Methods:12Bama miniature pigs?male and female?were randomly divided into normal group?n=6?and blood stasis model group?n=6?.Normal feeding for 7 days, with retinal blood oxygen detection instrument?Oxymap T1?collected in normal retina and blood stasis model group blood oxygen image. The model was made in the morning of the8th day.The blood stasis group received 10%high molecular dextran at a dose of 5 ml/kg every other day for seven times. On the 21st day,the retinal blood oxygen images of normal group and blood stasis model group were collected again with Oxymap T1.Results:After modeling, the blood oxygen saturation of the upper nasal vein and the retinal oxygen saturation of the temporal vein decreased in the blood stasis model group?P<0.05?.The retinal oxygen saturation of the inferior nasal vein decreased significantly?P<0.01?.In the blood stasis model group, the retinal oxygen saturation of the temporal artery decreased?P<0.05?,but the retinal oxygen saturation of theupper nasal and inferior nasal arteries did not change significantly?P>0.05?.In the blood stasis model group,Arterial oxygen saturation and venous oxygen saturation ratio?SaO2/SvO2?was increased?P<0.05?,but the difference of arterial and venous oxygen saturation?SaO2-SvO2?was not significantly changed?P>0.05?.There was no significant difference in the changes of retinal oxygen saturation in different eyes?P>0.05?and no difference in arterial oxygen saturationamong three veins of Bama miniature pig?P>0.05?.Blood gas analysis, blood stasis model group and normal carotidarterybloodoxygensaturation,nosignificantchange?P>0.05?.Conclusion:The retinal venous oxygen saturation?above nose, under nose and temporal side?in the blood stasis model group was decreased after the establishment of the miniature pig model. After the establishment of the miniature pig model, the blood oxygen saturation of temporal retinal artery was also decreased, there was no significant change in retinal oxygen saturation in the upper nasal and inferior nasal arteries. The results show that local tissue metabolism is accelerated and venous oxygen is significantly decreased due to the increase of oxygen consumption in retinal blood stasis. The animal model of blood stasis syndrome established by high molecular dextran mainly resulted in hypoxia of microcirculation, which had more effect on retinal vein than on retinal artery, and had little effect on the change of blood oxygen saturation of main artery?carotid artery?.
