Objective:By observing the changes of retinal blood oxygen saturation before and after the acupuncture of xinjing primal acupoint and non-meridian acupoint, the effect of xinjing primal acupoint on retinal blood oxygen saturation was studied. The changes of blood oxygen saturation before and after the experimental group and the control group were compared to provide a direct basis for acupuncture treatment of ocular diseases and a new conception for the treatment of diseases. Methods:A total of 83 normal subjects who met the standards were randomly divided into 2 groups, and the axial length data were obtained by using IOL Master 700.The two groups were stimulated by electroacupuncture at the primary and nonmeridional points of the heart, respectively. The acupuncture was performed by means of flat filling and flat purgatory.Retinal oxygen saturation meter(Oxymap T1,Iceland)was used to collect the retinal blood oxygen saturation of this subject, and using the SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis system to explore the changes of retinal oxygen saturation in experimental group and control group before, during and after electroacupuncture.Results:1.Acupuncture heart sutra after the original hole retinal blood oxygen saturation changes:(1)needle heart sutra original point average retinal SaO2 rise, have obvious statistical significance difference(P < 0.01),and acupuncture(92.78% ± 5.42%),average(93.05% ± 5.59%),retinal SaO2 after acupuncture before a needle(91.24% ± 6.02%)on average retinal SaO2 rise, statistically significant difference(P < 0.01);Acupuncture at xinjingyuan acupoint had a significant effect on retinal SaO2 in the upper nasal quadrant, and retinal SO2 increased during and after acupuncture compared with that before acupuncture, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).(2)SvO2 in the upper nasal quadrant(SN)was statistically significant before, during and after electroacupuncture(P < 0.05)in the measurement of changes in blood oxygen saturation of retinal vein. The mean retinal SvO2 and the mean retinal SvO2 of ST,IN and IT did not change significantly during and after acupuncture(P > 0.05).(3)the retinal average A-V value increased significantly after acupuncture at xinjing acupoint, with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The retinal average A-V value increased during acupuncture(35.23% ± 5.63%)compared with that before acupuncture(33.46% ± 4.86%),with statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).2.Changes of retinal blood oxygen saturation after non-meridional and nonacupoint acupuncture:(1)after electroacupuncture stimulation of non-meridional and non-acupoint acupuncture,IT can be found that the average retinal SaO2 and the average SaO2 of IT,ST,SN and IN did not change significantly during and after acupuncture compared with that before acupuncture, with no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)The mean retinal SvO2 showed some changes after acupuncture, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The mean venous oxygen saturation of ST,IT and IN showed significant differences during and after acupuncture compared with that before acupuncture(P < 0.05).(3)nonmeridional and non-acupoint acupuncture could change the average A-V value of retina, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The average A-V value of each quadrant did not change significantly during and after acupuncture, and the change was not statistically(P > 0.05).3.Acupuncture heart sutra original hole and without going through the hole of the comparative study:(1)needle heart sutra original hole and without going through the hole to SaO2 significantly different effects, and two points on the three kinds of acupuncture state SaO2 level difference, heart sutra original hole bigger influence on the average retinal artery blood oxygen(P < 0.01),and before and after acupuncture in acupuncture needle SaO2 levels, statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).(2)the effect of acupuncture on SvO2 level was obviously different between xinjing primal acupoint and non-jing non-acupoint,but there was no significant difference between the two acupoints on SvO2 level in the three acupuncture states. The effect of non-meridian and non-acupoint on the average blood oxygen of retinal vein was significant(P < 0.01).(3)the effect of acupuncture on A-V level of xinjing original acupoint and non-jing non-acupoint is obviously different, but there is no obvious difference between the two acupoints on A-V level of the three acupuncture states. Both primary and non-meridional acupoints had certain effects on retinal A-V value(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Healthy people after acupuncture heart sutra original point average retinal SaO2 increased and average retinal A-V value increases, suggests that god door hole after acupuncture may have an effect on retinal blood oxygen metabolism, and the specific mechanism of action and after acupuncture on retinal blood flow perfusion and tissue oxygen consumption status is related to specific mechanisms need further study; The change of mean retinal SaO2 in different acupuncture states also proved the continuous effect of acupuncture treatment.2.The average retinal SvO2 and the average retinal a-v value of healthy people changed to some extent after acupuncture at non-meridian and non-acupoint,and acupuncture at non-meridian and non-acupoint may also have a certain influence on the microcirculation of retina, and all of them have the law of effect, which is worthy of further study.3.After comparing the effects of acupuncture on retinal average SaO2 and retinal average a-v value between xinjingprima acupoint and non-jingjingnonacupoint,it was found that xinjingjingprima acupoint had A specific effect on retinal arterial oxygen saturation and dynamic venous blood oxygen difference.
