| OBJECTIVE: To analyze the causes of death,the deaths,the causes of death and the changes of death level among residents in Tanggu district of Binhai New Area in Tianjin to find out the main causes of death,mortality,constituent ratio of death,rank of cause of death and years of life lost To master the composition and distribution of death diseases in the area and provide important reference for improving the quality of medical care,deepening the reform of the medical system and more effectively planning for the development of local diseases and health services.Methods: The data used in this study are all death data of all household registrations in Tanggu district reported by various medical institutions in Tanggu district of Tianjin Binhai New Area in 2011-2015.The population information is from the household registration section of the local public security department.According to the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10),the causes of death were classified and the mortality rate was standardized according to the results of the sixth census in 2010 in China.The death-cause monitoring data was sorted out using "Tianjin All-Cause Monitoring Management System V2.0" Quality control,summary,application Chinese CDC life expectancy calculation and management system for life-loss analysis.Results:(1)From 2011 to 2015,the crude death rates of the Tanggudistrict registered permanent residence in Tianjin Binhai New Area were 601.07 / 100,000,633.93 / 100,000,637.07 / 100,000,641.23 / 100,000 and 674.10 / 100,000,respectively;The rates were 341.82 / 100000,358.46 / 100000,353.22 / 100000,334.84 / 100000,340.45 / 100000 respectively;(2)There were deaths in all ages in each of the five years from 2011 to 2015.The annual mortality rate The trend of age change is the same.It drops after a small peak of death in infancy and increases with the increase of age after 55 years of age.(3)The top five major causes of death in Tanggu district in 2011-2015 are malignant tumors,heart diseases Cerebrovascular disease,respiratory disease,injury and poisoning.(4)In 2011-2015,the top five causes of death among men were the same as those of the general public.The top two causes of death amongwomen in 2012-2014 and 2011 and 2015 varied.The first cause of death in 2011 and2015 was Malignant tumor,the second is heart disease;Female death cause ranked the first place for heart disease in 2012-2014,the second place was malignant tumor.(5)The trends of mortality of malignant tumor,heart disease and cerebrovascular disease among different sexes in different years from 2011 to 2015 are in line with the trend of the general population.The standardization rate of malignant tumors was the highest in 2013 and the standardization rate in 2014 was significantly lower In 2015,the standardization rate of men was significantly higher than that of females;in five years,the standardization rate of females was higher than that of males;the standardization rate of females was significantly higher than that of males;and that of men with cerebrovascular diseases The standardized rate of respiratory disease mortality among residents of different genders was consistent with that of the general population from 2013 to 2015.The trend of change from 2011 to 2012 was different.In five years,the standardization rate of 2014 The trend of mortality of respiratory diseases in different genders was the same as that of the general population in2011-2013.The changing trend was different in 2014-2015,the male was on the rise and the female was on the decline in 2013-2014.(6)According to the analysis of the top five deaths in 2015,the top five death causes of residents over the age of 65 were higher,followed by the 45-64 age group,and the younger the 0-44 age group.(7)The impact of the five leading causes of death on life expectancy in 2015 from 0.50 to4.52 years.(8)In 2015,there was a discrepancy between the rankings of death causes in Tanggu area and the cause of death of Tianjin Municipality.Conclusion:The health and life of residents in Tanggu district are seriously threatened by various chronic diseases,injuries and poisoning.The prevention and control of chronic diseases are strengthened,and the exposure of various risk factors leading to chronic diseases and injuries has become the public health education and health promotion The primary task;death in infancy a small peak,to strengthen the safety education of newborn feeding,avoid drowning,crashes and other accidental injuries.Strengthen the emphasis on health services in the neonatal period to reduce the high incidence of perinatal diseases and curb their development momentum;the top five cause of death should pay attention to lead to chronic diseases and injuries,poisoning behavior factors,focusing on health education through changes in unhealthy life Ways to improve the behavior of individuals;Chronic diseases is the primary reason for the death of the population within the jurisdiction of the region,to monitor various types of chronic non-communicable diseases,and timely grasp of its prevalence;to strengthen the monitoring and control of high-risk groups to promote a reasonable diet,Healthy lifestyle,strengthen the screening of high-risk groups in the community to reduce the incidence and death of the disease. |
