Analysis On The Causes Of Death Of Residents And The Impact Of Chronic Diseases On Life Expectancy In Yixing City From 2012 To 2017

Objective: Based on the data of death surveillance of registered population in Yixing city from 2012 to 2017 to analyze the overall death of the residents and the causes of death of residents,to study the major chronic non-communicable diseases(abbreviate with as chronic diseases)which affecting the healthy life expectancy of residents in the region.It provides scientific bases to take scientific and reasonable prevention and control measures for chronic diseases in Yixing city.Methods: Collect the basic information and death information of the deceased through the network system,the basic information includes name,gender,nationality,id number,age,marital status,education level,personal identity(occupation),household registration address,permanent residence address,death information including death location,death of the main disease diagnosis,diagnosis unit,diagnostic basis,the underlying cause of death,the deceased's medical history and symptoms and physical symptoms,etc.The mortality rate was used to describe the overall death situation of residents in Yixing city,and the major chronic diseases affecting the healthy life expectancy of residents in Yixing city were described through the sequence of causes of death,life expectancy and cause eliminated life expectancy.Results: From 2012 to 2017,the average annual mortality rate of registered population in Yixing city was 7.74‰,and the overall mortality rate showed an upward trend during six years,which may be related to the aging population in this area.From 2012 to 2017,the proportion of the second major category of chronic diseases in the root causes of death of the registered population in Yixing city was 86.39%.From 2012 to 2017,the top 10 causes of death of the registered population in Yixing accounted for 96.82% of the total causes of death.The top 10 causes of death were circulatory diseases,tumors,respiratory diseases,injury and poisoning,endocrine nutrition and metabolic diseases,digestive system diseases,nervous system diseases,mental and behavioral disorders,urogenital system diseases,infectious diseases and parasites.circulatory system disease,tumor,respiratory system disease,injury and poisoning have been ranked among the top four causes of death in the city.The causes of death were differentby gender.From 2012 to 2017,the average life expectancy of the registered population in Yixing was 81.60 years,and the average life expectancy of the residents in Yixing increased by 4.62 years,3.84 years,1.57 years and1.40 years after the removal of circulatory diseases,tumors,respiratory diseases,injuries and poisoning.Conclusion: Chronic diseases are the main factors affecting the health and life expectancy of Yixing city residents,several top major diseases including circulatory system diseases,tumors and respiratory system diseases.Injury and poisoning also have a certain impact on the health and life expectancy of Yixing city residents.
