Observation Of Therapeutic Effect Of Electromyographic Guidance On New Renying Point In Treatment Of Dysphagia

Objective:To investigate the effect of Compound Danshen injection in treatment of dysphagia by electromyography guided to new renying point which caused by bulbar paralysis after stroke.Methods:60 patients with dydphagia caused by cerebral palsy after stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(30 in each group).The patients in the control group were conducted with routine treatment,local low frequency electrical stimulation and rehabilitation training.The patients in the experimental group were treated with acupoint injection therapy guided by EMG.After 4 treating courses,the results indicated that some changes,such as water swallow test,swallowing ability evaluation,were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.The cure rate of the observation group was 76.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(50.00%).2.The treating efficiency of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the controls(80.00%).3.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P?0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of EMG guided by injection of new renying point in the treatment of dysphagia caused by bulbar paralysis in the experimental group is better than that of the controls,which is worthy widely applied and distributed in clinical practices.
