Clinical Effect Observation Of Guanci Anterior Cervical Region Five Points Treatment On Genuine Bulbar Paralysis Dysphagia After Acute Cerebral Apoplexy

Object:The observe the clinical effect and safety of GuanCi at anterior cervical five point in treating the genuine bulbar paralysis dysphagia after acute cerebral apoplexy.It is proved that the theory of "three districts and three lines" and five points of anterior cervical is effective in the treatment of genuine bulbar paralysis dysphagia,in order to provide new methods and ideas for the clinical treatment.Methods:To select60 patients with genuine bulbar paralysis dysphagia after acute cerebral apoplexy were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 30cases and a control group of 30 cases.acupuncturel times a day,acupuncture 6 days a week,rest 1 days,7 days of treatment for a period of treatment,After four courses of treatment we observed the patients in each group and compared the two group before and after treatment,the scores of the score of drinking water and the moving time of epiglottis and thehyoid anterior displacement?hyoid vertical displacement?hyoid excursion maximum were measured by swallowing angiography and swallowing function,use statistical methods for analysis and processing.Results:1.After the 4 courses of treatment,the scores of the five acupuncture points in the anterior cervical region and the general acupuncture point group of the cervical region were.significantly improved compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05).Through the safety index evaluation,statistics show that the two groups are safe and effective2.Compared with ordinary acupuncture neck acupoints group,the patients who belongs to Guanci acupuncture anterior cervical region group improved significantly in the Watian swallowing,the angiography score,the epiglottis movement time,the moving forward the maximum distance of hyoid bone(hyoid anterior,displacement,HA),the hyoid upward movement of the maximum distance(hyoid vertical displacement,HV),the hyoid excursion(the maximum displacement of the hyoid bone maximum,Hm)and the swallowing function classification the safety assessment proved safe and feasible treatment methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.It is beneficial of both Guanci anterior-cervical-region-five-point acupuncture and general acupuncture in recovering of swallowing function in patients with genuine bulbar paralysis dysphagia after acute cerebral apoplexy2.The treatment effective of Guanci anterior-cervical-region-five-point acupuncture is superior to the control group.3.The treatment effective of Guanci anterior-cervical-region-five-point acupuncture which located in the"three zones and three line"after the genuine bulbar paralysis due to hyoid pulling weakness,pharyngeal laryngeal muscle contraction weakness and cricopharyngeal achalasia dysphagia treatment is better than the control group...
