Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Dysphagia In Patients With Pseudobulbar Paralysis After Stroke By Acupuncture At The Mast Point Of Renying

ObjectiveTo observe the stroke false water swallow test score,before and after treatment in patients with bulbar paralysis dysphagia evaluation standard for evaluation score,Barthel index score,TCM syndrome,and to compare the patients in the swallowing function and daily life ability,neural function defect degree of change in clinical research of pseudobulbar palsy patients with dysphagia after stroke treated Renying point.MethodThe 60 patients with pseudobulbar paralysis after Stroke were from Hubei Provincial Hospital of TCM inpatient and outpatient department of acupuncture after stroke patients,the patients were randomly divided into 30 cases treatment group(Renying group)and 30 cases control group(the nape needle plus tongue acupuncture group).The main point of the group of Renying group: Renying acupoint.The main point of the control group acupuncture(Fengchi,Jiaji)with tongue acupuncture(Ququan?Lianquan?Haiquan?Jinjin?Yuye).Renying supine position,the doctor left hand thumb or index finger to the carotid artery gently pushed outwards,in fingernail edge and Adam's apple(about 1.5 inches between the Adam's apple beside the needle),needling direction slightly inward perpendicularly 0.5 inches,with slightly twisting reducing method,make the throat a sense of soreness,retaining needle 30 min.Fengchi,Jiaji,Lianquan point acupunctureat is appropriate hand-manipulating of needle,no retaining the needle.Hai Quan,Jinjin and Yuye pricking treatment,pricking bleeding points can appeal.In the basic treatment,the two groups were treated according to the routine acupuncture treatment of stroke.1 times a day,6 times a week,and a total of 1 courses for 4 weeks.The scores of dysphagia,the watian drinking water test score,the ADL activity scale(Barthel index)and the TCM symptom score of the two groups before and after treatment,after treatment and during the follow-up period were observed and analyzed,and the observed indexes were objectively analyzed.Result1.Comparison between groups: The scores of water test and dysphagia in the two groups were compared with P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The Barthel index score of the two groups and the TCM syndrome score were compared with P >0.05,and there was no statistical significance.During the follow-up period,there was a statistically significant difference between the wa Tian drinking water test score and the dysphagia evaluation standard score P<0.05,Barthel index score,TCM symptom score P>0.05,there was no statistical significance.2.Intra group comparison:(1)Renying group: Before treatment and after treatment,before and after treatment,compared with wa Tian drinking water test score,dysphagia evaluation standard score,activity of daily living(ADL)Ability Scale(Barthel index)score,TCM symptom score P all <0.05,had statistical significance.After treatment,WA Tian drinking water test score,dysphagia evaluation standard score,daily life activity(ADL)Ability Scale(Barthel index)score,TCM symptom score and follow-up period were compared P all >0.05,there was no statistical significance.(2)The nape needle plus tongue acupuncture group: Before treatment and after treatment,before and after treatment,compared with wa Tian drinking water test score,dysphagia evaluation standard score,activity of daily living(ADL)Ability Scale(Barthel index)score,TCM symptom score all P<0.05,had statistical significance.After treatment,Watian drinking water test score,dysphagia evaluation standard score,daily life activity(ADL)Ability Scale(Barthel index)score,TCM symptom score and follow-up period were compared P all >0.05,there was no statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The group of Renying and the nape needle plus tongue acupuncture group Watian drinking water test score,before and after the treatment of dysphagia assessment standard score,Barthel index score,TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),to improve the ability of daily life of stroke patients with pseudobulbar paralysis after swallowing function,improve the nervous system function,improve the recovery of two a method of treatment has a positive effect.2.The group of Renying was better than the nape needle plus tongue acupuncture group(P<0.05)in the improvement of the Watian-drinking water test score and the dysphagia evaluation standard score.It shows that the deglutition dysfunction of the patients in the treatment of Renying group is better than that in the nape needle plus tongue acupuncture group.3.Comparison between the group of Renying and the nape needle plus tongue acupuncture group before treatment and follow-up period compared with Watian score,dysphagia assessment standard score,Barthel index score,TCM syndrome score(P<0.05),actively improve the description of the two treatment methods to improve the swallowing dysfunction and the degree of functional impairment in patients with God there is long-term curative effect.4.Renying group and the nape needle plus tongue acupuncture group total effective rate comparison,:Renying group was higher than that of nape needle plus tongue acupuncture group(P<0.05),description of Renying group in improving patients with swallowing dysfunction is better than acupuncture plus needle group.
