Deep Stab CV 23 Piont Combined With Item 10 Needle Treatment Clinical Curative Effect Analysis Of False Bulbar Paralysis After Stroke

Objective:This study by observing the deep acupuncture Lianquan point combined with ten acupuncture effect on pseudobulbar palsy after stroke swallowing function, therapeutic effect of objective evaluation of deep acupuncture Lianquan point combined with ten acupuncture on pseudobulbar palsy after stroke.Methods:Objective 150 cases of pseudobulbar palsy after stroke patients by simple randomization (randomly) distribution of the test group (75 cases) and control group (75 cases), the test group were treated by combination of ten deep acupuncture Lianquan point acupuncture, the control group was given the traditional acupuncture treatment, the two groups were treated for 1 months (two weeks to 1 course of treatment). Two groups were observed before treatment, after treatment of 1 courses and 2 period of treatment, the overall effect of water drinking test, Toshima Ichiro evaluation of curative effect, SSA score situation changes, and comparison of two groups.Results:1. the test group and the control group in the overall efficacy, Watian drinking water test, Toshima Ichiro evaluation of curative effect, SSA score were all improved after treatment, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2.after treatment, overall curative effect in experimental group, Watian drinking water test, Toshima Ichiro evaluation of curative effect, SSA score compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the test group was better than control group.3. in the overall effect, the test group total effectiveness 91.5%, the comparison group total effectiveness 70%, the total efficiency of two groups there was a significant difference (P<0.05), experimental group is better than control group.Conclution:Deep acupuncture Lianquan point combined with ten with traditional acupuncture therapy can improve pseudobulbar palsy after stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction, but the former was better than the latter. Combining the ten acupuncture treatment of pseudobulbar palsy after stroke deep acupuncture Lianquan point reliable curative effect, simple operation, then, low-cost, and is worthy of popularization and application.
