Diagnose the tumor depend on not only the symptoms and the signs of patients but also the auxiliary inspect results in hospital. Operation is the major choice treatment. Selecting different operation ways based on the tumorous grading and staging. If the patients' condition differ , their pre-operation inspect, therapy and medical expense differ too. BMT can cause excessive consumption of medical resources. On the other hand, the cost of different hepatobiliary tumor inpatients is distinct. There is not a reasonable and feasible cost consultation system for inpatients of hepatobiliary tumor, for current few studies about the cost of single-disease such as hepatobiliary malignant tumor, or simple studies based on small samples, so it is hard to describe the difference of medical resources consumption among different kinds of hepatobiliary malignant tumor which is medicare advance payment and health economy specialists wanted, so it is necessary to study the cost of inpatients of hepatobiliary tumor.With the deep reform of medical health care system and the pregressively sharp competition of medical market, hospitals can provide people with medical health services with low-price, good quality and high efficiency and survive prominently in the competitive medical market by the enhancement of control of medical quality, decreases in hospitalization cost and hopitalization time, saving of hygiene resources, improvement of the ratio of medical efficiency to cost.The medical expense of BMT is great and there are many complex influential factors of BMT. Taken BMT patient's medical condition for example at the Shanghai hepatobiliary eastern hospital, The selected cases based on ICD-9, included about 696 hepatobiliary tumor. First, we consulted the methods of health economy and the key parameters in the National Bureau of Statistics of China(NBSC) to emend the correlative inpatient cost. Second, we eliminated abnormal values, replaced missingvalues, to know the various clinical expense records and making statistic research. The purpose of this research is to give valuable basis for medical treatment innovation, use sanitation resources effective, develop the most medical treatment benefit, guarantee the medical treatment quality and control the excessively increase of medical expense.The partial regression equation for the 696 patient's clinical data is inferred. According to the equation, we can know the multi clinical factors to the clinical expense of BMT patient;analyze the statistics to know why the clinical expense changed. In order to control the medical cost,we use the method of deiphi, establish the clinical pathway of BMT, and do the analysis and discussion.The research method and results give the basis to control the patient's clinical expense, establish BMT clinical charge standard and help the hospital management branch to supervise.
