Clinical Observation Of The Acute Phase Of Subacute Thyroiditis Toxic Heat Dampness Of Jieduxiaoyingzhitong Decoction Combined Prednisone

Objectives To discuss the clinical efficacy of Subacute Thyroiditis Toxic Heat Dampness of Jieduxiaoyingzhitong Decoction Combined Prednisone.The effect of the hormone reduction,the incidence of hypothyroidism and the recurrence rate were observed.Methods 60 cases of subacute thyroiditis patients were randomly divided into1.groups: 30 cases in the treatment group: Taking detoxification Xiaoying Zhitong soup combined with prednisone,and 30 cases in 2.control groups:The two groups were observed for a total of 4 weeks,the 1 course of treatment.After the treatment,the patients were followed up in 2 months.Through the observation of the patients with systemic symptoms and signs,FT3,FT4,ESR,TSH changes,the data were processed and analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software to compare the clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group,and evaluate the hormone drug reduction rate,recurrence rate,incidence rate of hypothyroidism.Results 1 The results of clinical observation showed that the general data were compared: gender,course of disease,age,P > 0.05,there was a comparability between the treatment group and the control group.2 In the total effect,the control group was 73.33%,the treatment group was 96.67%,P < 0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group of the total effective rate.3 TCM symptom score,the two groups before treatment were P,which was more than 0.05,which was comparable.Compared with P < 0.05,the two groups could improve the clinical symptoms.The comparison between groups was P < 0.05,the treatment group was better than the control one on the TCM symptom score.4 In the serological index,before treatment,the two groups were compared with P > 0.05,and the serum levels of FT3,FT4,TSH and ESR in the post treatment group were improved gradually.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the treatment group had the same efficacy as the control one.5 In terms of prednisone,the treatment group has more effects than the control group in first weeks,second weeks,third weeks and fourth weeks,compared with the control group(P < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control one.6 The recurrence rate and the incidence of hypothyroidism were P<0.05,and the treatment group had obvious advantages.Conclusions 1 The treatment of Jieduxiaoyingzhitong decoction combined with prednisone can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of methylprednisolone.2 Jieduxiaoyinzhitong decoction combined with prednisone can make the hormone withdrawal faster,and the withdrawal is not easy to relapse.3 Jieduxiaoyingzhitong decoction can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of hypothyroidism.The use of Jieduxiaoyingzhitong decoction combined with prednisone can also improve the compliance of the patients,and it is worthy of clinical application.
