Objective: To observe the Jieduhuaying decoction of the clinicalefficacy and safety of subacute thyroiditis heat toxin syndrome,study its mechanism, to explore the Chinese medicine treatment ofthis disease, and lay the foundation for further clinical research.Methods:60patients with subacute thyroiditis heat toxin syndromewere randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30patients in each group. The treatment group was given Chinesemedicine (detoxification of gall soup) treatment the control grouptaking prednisone treatment.1months for a course of treatment.Analysis of the TCM syndrome and various indicators of change in thetwo groups after treatment. Results: the treatment group inimproving the serum thyroid hormone levels,131I uptake rate, ESR,goiter were better than the control group (P<0.05); TCM symptoms andsigns of improvement than the control group (P<0.05); there were noadverse reactions in the treatment process, reliable safety.Conclusion: the study showed that the Jieduhuaying decoction iseffective in treating subacute thyroiditis, safe and non-toxic sideeffects, further research on the application of value.
