The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis (Toxic Heat Type)by Jieduxiaoyingfang

Objective:This study by observing anti gall party in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis(toxic heat type)inside the clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate,discussed the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis and security,provided a new train of thought and method of the treatment for the clinical treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:By collecting 90 cases of patients with subacute thyroiditis(toxic heat type)from the clinical diagnosis of metabolic diseases in Shanxi Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into Chinese traditional medicine treatment group(by jieduxiaoyingfang),western medicine treatment group(by prednisolone acetate tablet),and combined treatment group(by jieduxiaoyingfang and prednisolone acetate tablet),30 cases in each group.The three groups were treated for 6 weeks for one course of treatment,after one course of treatment and stopping the drugs,all three groups were followed up for 8 weeks.And then we observated of three groups of patients with clinical symptoms and physical signs before and after the treatment,statistics the ESR,TG,FT3,FT4,TSH and colour to exceed the lesion area change and the recurrence rate,rate of add and subtracted the results of the tests is happening,and to analyze statistically significant for all data.Rsults:1.There is no significant difference in the age and gender of the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.TCM syndrome integral of three groups of patients are obviously improved(P<0.05)after the treatment than before the treatment,the combined treatment group is superior than the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P<0.05);there is no statistically significant difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group(P>0.05);Comparison of the main symptom improvement time: compared with the time between the heat withdrawal time and the pain relief,the western medicine group and the combined treatment group are better than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The time of thyroid swelling is better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the difference between the Chinese medicine group and the combined group is not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Comparison of the improvement of laboratory examination and ultrasonic examination: the thyroid function and erythrocyte sedimentation rate of the three groups are significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison of the lesion area under the color ultrasound,Both the traditional Chinese medicine group and the combined medicine group are better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of incidence and recurrence rate of hypothyroidism: the recurrence rate of the combined medicine group and Chinese medicine group is lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).All the three groups have hypothyroidism after withdrawal,and there is no significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).5.All the three groups have no liver and kidney injury before and after the treatment,and the drug safety is high.Conclusion : The treatment of subacute thyroiditis by detoxification and elimination of gall can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce TCM syndromes score,and improve the clinical comprehensive treatment effect.It can improve thyroid function and erythrocyte sedimentation rate,reduce lesion area under color ultrasound,and reduce recurrence rate after drug withdrawal.Overall curative effect comparison,anti gall to prednisone acetate tablets to treat the JiaYan no difference between the clinical curative effect,but the simple use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)or combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of the JiaYan clinical curative effect is distinct,and the recurrence rate is low,safe and effective in clinical use.
