| Objective: To evaluate the clinical application value of Yajia Fang(heat-toxic congestion type)combined with prednisone tablets in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis,and to provide ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: A total of 64 patients with subacute thyroiditis who were included in the outpatient and inpatient of urumqi hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and 32 cases were treated in the treatment group and the control group.The patients in the control group were given prednisone tablets 30 mg/day.The patients in the treatment group were treated with Yajia Fang on the basis of the treatment in the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was compared,ESR level,length and diameter of exudation area in thyroid color Doppler ultrasonography,the thyroid function(TSH?FT3?FT4),TCM symptom score and recurrence within 2 months were compared before and after treatment,and the indicators were analyzed statistically.Results:(1)ESR and Thyroid function(TSH?FT3?FT4): ESR and Thyroid function were improved in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),but the improvement of ESR and thyroid function in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.01).It proved that the curative effect of Yajia Fang combined with prednisone tablets in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis was better in reducing ESR and improving thyroid function.(2)Length and diameter of exudation area in thyroid color Doppler ultrasonography: After treatment,length and diameter of exudation area in thyroid color Doppler ultrasonography decreased in both groups(P<0.05),but after treatment,the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).It showed that methylene A combined with prednisone tablets and prednisone tablets alone had certain effect on reducing length and diameter of exudation area in thyroid color Doppler ultrasonography,but combined with prednisone tablets.The combined treatment effect is better.(3)Western medical effect evaluation: According to the analysis,the effect of Western medicine in the two groups was similar,but there was no significant difference(P<0.05),(4)TCMsymptom score: After treatment,the score and improvement degree of TCM symptoms in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),indicating that the combination of Yajia Fang and prednisone tablets in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis is better in improving TCM symptoms.(5)Recurrence rate: The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),which proved that the treatment group had obvious advantages.(6)Safety comparison:There were no significant abnormalities in blood routine and liver and kidney function during the treatment,and no adverse reactions and adverse events occurred during the treatment.Conclusion: Yajia Fang combined with prednisone tablets in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis in reducing erythrocyte sedimentation rate ? reducing length and diameter of exudation area in thyroid color Doppler ultrasonography?improving thyroid function and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine is better,and has good safety,no adverse reactions,and low recurrence rate.It opens up a new way for the treatment of subacute thyroiditis with traditional Chinese medicine,and is worthy of clinical promotion and research. |
