Clinical Study Of Pingzhi Capsule In The Treatment Of Dyslipidemia

Objectives By observing the flat fat capsule in the treatment of dyslipidemia junction of phlegm and blood stasis,lipid levels,TCM syndrome integral,imaging and laboratory related parameters,such as the change of the before and after treatment and efficient,and carries on the safety testing,which confirmed flat fat capsule in the treatment of dyslipidemia junction of phlegm and blood stasis,efficacy and safety.To further explore the theoretical method of treating dyslipidemia in traditional Chinese medicine,and find a scientific standard and clinical convenience method.Methods From May 2016 to December 2017,quasi observation of dyslipidemia is the phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction,200 cases of patients,which were randomly divided into 2 groups,100 cases of test group and control group 100 cases,subjects are tangshan heart patients with traditional Chinese medicine hospital,patients using flat fat capsule(produced by tangshan according to the national standard of department of pharmaceutical preparation in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,three times a day,each time four grain)+ western medicine treatment,the control group given a placebo(starch)+ western medicine treatment,both groups in 2 months for a period of treatment,two groups of patients after the experiment observation the change of blood lipid laboratory index,improve the syndromes of the indicators and the relevant imaging and laboratory examination index to evaluate systemic change.Results Two groups of patients in general data,including gender,age and course of disease were compared.Statistical analysis showed that P>0.05 showed no statistical difference,comparable.Two groups of patients before and after the test of the laboratory indicators of statistical treatment,the experimental group and the control group before treatment blood biochemical indicator of the(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C)P > 0.05,suggesting that the two groups had no statistical difference,comparable;the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment were compared with P<0.05,suggesting that the two group with statistical difference;the experimental group compared with the control group after treatment of P<0.05,suggesting that the two groups were statistically different.The efficacy of the two groups of patients in the laboratory was compared to P<0.05,and the total effective rate of the test group was 90% higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 74%.Two groups of patients with the TCM syndrome after treatment,after treatment in the experimental group,body weight,body fat,anorexia,fatigue and sweating in stool,tongue and pulse effective rate were higher than the control group P < 0.05,there is significant difference between the two groups,the dim efficiency had no significant difference P=0.877 > 0.05.The curative effect of the two groups of patients with "phlegm and blood stasis" syndrome was compared with P < 0.05.The total effective rate of the test group was 89% higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 76%.Dyslipidemia related tests(body weight,carotid artery ultrasound,blood glucose and hemorheology)index analysis,compared with the control group before treatment,the experimental group was P > 0.05,indicating that there was no statistical difference between the two groups.In the experimental group and the control group,P<0.05 was compared before and after treatment,indicating that there was statistical difference between the two groups.The comparison between the experimental group and the control group after treatment was P<0.05,indicating that there was statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusions By integrating the traditional Chinese medicine,the relevant laboratory examination data,efficiency results and statistical analysis showed better curative effect for Pingzhi capsule combined with western medicine lipid-lowering compared with the simple application of Western medicine effect,in the test before the late on two groups of patients were related to safety inspection,and after 3 months of follow-up,there were no related adverse reaction.The efficacy and safety of Ping Zhi Capsule in the treatment of dyslipidemia was proved.Its mechanism is clear,safe and reliable,and it is easy to be popularized and applied in clinical treatment.
