Objective: The present meta-analysis was undertaken to determine the effectiveness of lipido-colloid dressing in the healing of wounds compared with conventional oily dressing,in order to provide the basis for dressing selection for dressing change in clinical work. Methods: We use computer to search PubMed,Cochrane Library,VIP database,CNKI,Wanfang database,CBM and others, collect all the randomized controlled trials on lipido-colloid dressing compared with conventional oily dressing in dressing change since these databases were established.Language was limited to Chinese or English. We selected literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, evaluated quality of the included literatures and extracted the useful and meaningful information.Risk bias assessment and data processing were performed by Revman5.3 software provided by the Cochrane collaboration. In this meta-analysis,indicators including healing time of wound, pain degree when change dressing, adhesion of dressing to wound surface were combined, weighted mean difference(WMD),relative risk(RR)and 95% confidence interval(95%CI)were used for evaluation and the funnel plot was used for judging the bias.Result: A total of 197 related literatures were initially retrieved, but 118 literatures were excluded because they were repeated.Then,50 references were excluded by reading the title and abstract, and 13 articles were excluded by reading the full text.Finally,16 literatures were included, including 2 in English and 14 in Chinese. Conclusion: The result showed that compared with conventional oily dressing,lipido-colloid dressing could shorten the healing time of wound(MD=-2.93,95%CI:-3.24--2.61),reduce the pain degree when change dressing(RR=0.23,95%CI:0.18-0.31),no obvious adhesion between dressing and wound surface(RR=0.08,95%CI:0.03-0.19)and relieve bleeding during dressing change(RR=0.04,95%CI:0.01-0.11).The overall effect of lipido-colloid dressing was better than that of conventional oily dressing in wound dressing change, which was worthy of clinical promotion.
