Clinical Observation Of Wash Sore Treatment Ecthyma With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To observe clinical curative effect by external wash ulcer treating qi deficiency and blood stasis type vul E,compared to the treatment group and control group of patients with common symptoms and signs of ecthyma wounds,to improve the situation;to investigate the sores wash outside of ecthyma with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome clinical curative effect evaluation;to wash drug sore outside mechanism analysis.Methods: 40 patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity were selected in this study,the treatment group(n = 20)and the control group(n = 20),aged from 32 to 65 years old,with a median age of 46 years(range,4 to 25 years).Two groups of patients were from February 2015-2016 in September.According to the parallel,randomized and controlled principle(Randomized controlled trial,RCT),the treatment group and the control group were compared.Since the treatment group of 20 cases,with sore face flushing Decoction;20 cases in control group were given physiological saline,growth factor liquid spray directly to the affected area.10 days for a cycle,continuous observation of 5 cycles,each 10 d to do the above indicators before and after the treatment of quantitative evaluation and improvement of symptoms.Result: 1)There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment;2)In the time of ulcer healing,the treatment group was shorter;3)there was significant difference between the tenth groups in the granulation tissue of the ulcer base.There was significant difference between the two groups;4)after treatment in January,the rate of ulcer surface epithelium crawling was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion: 1.Sore prescription medicine has good detoxification,dampness and astringing sores itching,acute and chronic treatment for ecthyma;2.Compared with the growth factor,the external wash side has obvious curative effect on improving the ulcer area,promoting the growth of granulation tissue in the basal part,increasing the speed of the epithelial crawling and shortening the crawling time.3.Sores wash outside by drugs for external use,the drug through the skin and mucosa directly to patients,can play the effect,but also reduce the side effects of medication.The direct effect of local action,efficacy,and can effectively promote wound healing,so as to prevent the recurrence of ulcers caused by repeated wounds may not be possible.Effect of the prescription on the treatment of ecthyma Pyocutaneous clear.
