The Effect Of Taohong Huaban Decoction On Oral Leukoplakia (Pixu (Spleen Deficient) And Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Taohong Huaban Decoction on oral leukoplakia and to explore the theoretical basis of Taohong Huaban Decoction in treating oral leukoplakia of spleen deficiency and blood stasis.To explore the theoretical basis and mechanism of Taohong Huaban Decoction in treating spleen deficiency and blood stasis oral leukoplakia,and to provide theoretical basis for further popularization of Taohong Huaban Decoction.Methods:In this study,thirty cases of oral leukoplakia who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomized to divide the patients into two groups.For the order of the patient number,Random numbers were totaly randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group got fifteen patients;and so did the the control group.two in the morning and evening temperature take on an empty stomach,At the same time take Vitamin A soft capsule and vitamin E soft capsule.The control group take Vitamin A soft capsule and vitamin E soft capsule.As a course of 4 weeks,8 weeks,After 12 weeks of treatment,the changes of the total points before and after the treatment were observed,and the symptoms and clinical symptoms of the patients were treated after treatment.Results:(1)Before the treatment,the sex,age and TCM syndromes and secondary syndromes of the two groups were compared respectively.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.(2)After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,Respectively,compared within the two groups of main symptoms and secondary symptoms total integral,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),.Comparing the total scores of the main and secondary symptoms in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),considering the comparison between the two groups,TCM syndrome points have declined(3)After the end of the three courses,the total effective percentage of the treatment group reached 93%,and the total effective rate of the control group reached 73%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Above all,the treatment group got higher score of the total effective rate than the total effective percentage of the control group.Conclusion:(1)Taohong Huaban Decoction with the functions of replenishing qi and fortifying the spleen,of activating blood and resolving blood stasis,can effectively eliminate the patient's clinical symptoms,and improve the patients quality of lifeto a certain degree.(2)Taohong Huaban Decoction in the clinical application did not encounter obvious side effects,the drug was safe and reliable,for the treatment of oral leukoplakia,the drug can be commonly used clinically.
