Cence Decoction Granulomatous Cheilitis (Pixu(Spleen Deficient)and Blood Stasis Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Taohong Xiaozhong Decoction on granulomatous cheilitis and to explore the theoretical basis of Taohong Xiaozhong Decoction in treating granulomatous cheilitis of spleen deficiency and blood stasis.To explore the theoretical basis and mechanism of Taohong Xiaozhong Decoction in treating spleen deficiency and blood stasis granulomatous cheilitis,and to provide theoretical basis for further popularization of Taohong Xiaozhong Decoction.Methods:In this study,40 cases of granulomatous cheilitis who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomized to divide the patients into two groups.For the order of the patient number,according to the random number table generated by random numbers are divided into two groups,the treatment group 20 cases,the control group of 20 cases.The treatment group taking peach detumescence soup,two in the morning and evening temperature take on an empty stomach,At the same time give triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection plus local injection of lidocaine hydrochloride injection.The control group,with triamcinolone acetonide acetate injection plus local injection of lidocaine hydrochloride injection.As a course of 4 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks after treatment,Total points were observed before and after treatment of TCM symptoms and clinical symptoms of patients with changing situation.Results:(1)Before the treatment,the sex,age and TCM syndromes and second ary syndromes of the two groups were compared respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The difference was not statistically significant.(2)After 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,Respectively,compared within the two groups of main symptoms and secondary symptomstotal integral,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared between the two groups of primary symptoms and secondary symptoms total integral,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),showed that after the group,the comparison between groups,TCM syndrome points have declined(3)After the end of the three courses,the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 85%,the total effective rate of the control group was 50%.The differ ence was statistically significant(P<0.05),After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.(4)After the completion of the total course of follow-up,the recurrence rate of treatment group was11.8%,the control group was70%,after statistics analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of control the recurrence of granul omatous cheilitis,peach detumescence soup have obvious advantage.Conclusion:(1)Peach detumescence soup with the functions of replenishing qi and fortifying the spleen,of activating blood and resolving blood stasis,can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptoms,control the recurrence rate,and improve the patients quality of lifeto a certain degree.(2)Peach Red swelling soup in the clinical application did not encounter obvious side effects,the drug safe and reliable,for the treatment of granulomatous cheilitis,the drug can be commonly used in clinical.
