| Objective:Through clinical observation and research,starting from the control point of view,compared with four of Taohong Siwu Decoction,Taohong-SiWu Decoctio cilostazol in treatment of LEASO of bloodstasis-type(Rutherford 1 ~ 3)results were compared before and after treatment in patients with CRP,Hcy,TC,ABI,the diameter of lower limb artery stenosis and stenosis peak flow velocity,quantification of symptoms and signs integral,to observe the clinical curative effect of Taohong four inverse Decoction in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans and blood stasis,and to explore the mechanism of Taohong-SiWu Decoction,to provide reference for clinical treatment.Method:From October 2016 to January 2018,74 cases of LEASO of bloodstasistype(Rutherford(1 ~ 3)were randomly divided into three groups,of which Taohong-Sini Decoction group of 24 cases,25 cases of group Taohong-SiWu Decoction,cilostazol group 25 cases,three groups of patients for 2 weeks,more than three groups before and after treatment CRP,Hcy,TC,ABI,the diameter of lower extremity artery stenosis site and Vsys,the symptoms quantify integral,PLT,APTT difference.SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to analyze all the data.Results:1,baseline index comparison: statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,location of disease,risk factors of cardiovascular disease and indicators before treatment between the three groups(P>0.05).2,the total efficiency comparison: Taohong-Sini Decoction group,Taohongsiwu Decoction group and cilostazol group for the treatment of atherosclerosis obliterans and blood stasis are effective,Taohong-Sini Decoction group the total effective rate was 83%,significantly higher than Taohongsiwu Decoction group(60%)and cilostazol group(64%),with statistical significance the difference(P<0.05).3,CRP,Hcy,TC,ABI: after the treatment,with significant difference between three groups(P<0.05),compared to 22,compared with Taohongsiwu group,cilostazol group,Taohong Decoction group four inverse effect.The effect of cilostazol and Taohongsiwu Decoction group,no significant difference.(p>0.05)4,anterior tibial artery,posterior tibial artery and dorsalis pedis artery stenosis diameter,the three groups before and after treatment were not significantly improved,no statistically significant difference;in the narrow blood flow peak velocity,with significant difference between three groups(P<0.05),compared to 22,compared with Taohongsiwu group,cilostazol group,rose four Sini Decoction group had more significant effect.The effect of cilostazol and Taohongsiwu Decoction group,no significant difference.(p>0.05)5,the clinical symptoms of body,three groups of drugs can improve the cold feeling,acupressure test,intermittent claudication,lower limb walking pain scores,pink four inverse soup is better than Taohongsiwu Decoction,there was no significant difference in thswd and cilostazol,but the drugs of the three groups did not improve the dorsalis pedis artery score,no significant differences(p>0.05).6.,In terms of safety index,there was no statistically significant difference between platelets and activated partial prothrombin time in three groups before and after drug treatment,indicating that the three groups were safe and the risk of hemorrhagic events was very low.Conclusion:Taohong-Sini Decoction in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans has obvious curative effect,the total efficiency is higher than that of Taohong Siwu Decoction or cilostazol monotherapy,which has advantages in improving CRP,Hcy,TC,narrow peak flow velocity,quantification of symptoms and signs scores,no obvious adverse reaction occurred. |
