Clinical Observation Of Yuzhu Dingxuan Pills In Treatment Of Vertebral-basilar Artery Insufficiency Vertigo (Type Of Phlegm Turbid Middle Obstruction)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yuzhu Dingxuan pills on Vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo(phlegm turbid middle obstruction type),to confirm its treatment characteristics and advantages,and evaluate the clinical of Yuzhu Dingxuan Pill.To provide a scientific basis for Yuzhu Dingxuan pills in the treatment of phlegm-turbid type vertigo.Methods: Sixty patients meet with the criteria of this study were divided into two groups.The treatment group was given Yuzhu Dingxuan pills and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule(commercial name sibelium).The course of treatment was 14 days.The scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,dizziness and disability scale,transcranial Doppler imaging(TCD)were observed before and after treatment.Results: 1.Comparison of TCM symptom integral: after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were all decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the degree of the decrease of TCM symptom score in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.Comparison of therapeutic effect of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 90% significantly better than that of the control group(76.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).3.Comparison of dizziness and disability scale integral: after treatment,the score of dizziness and disability scale decreased in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),and the decrease of dizziness and disability scale score in treatment group was higher than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of TCD: it was found that the Vm?PI value of the three vessels was improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the improvementdegree of VM and PI in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Yuzhu Dingxuan pills can improve TCM symptom score,vertigo disability scale score,improve TCD examination index,and clinical use safety,and has a good effect on treatment of VBI vertigo(phlegm turbid middle obstruction type).
