Clinical Observation On 30 Cases Of Phlegm-dampness Type Vertigo Treated By Regulating Qi

Purpose Through the observation of TCM clinical syndrome evaluation scale,vertigo Rating Scale(DARS scale),blood lipid and hemorheology before and after the treatment of the vertigo of phlegm dampness middle obstruction type,the therapeutic effect and safety of the treatment of the vertigo of phlegm dampness middle obstruction type were discussed,and the TCM theory and basis of the treatment of the vertigo of phlegm dampness middle obstruction type were explored,with a view to the future To provide useful reference for clinical application.Method:1.Case data: in this study,60 cases of vertigo of phlegm dampness type diagnosed and treated in the encephalopathy outpatient department of Xiangyang traditional Chinese medicine hospital from March 2018 to August 2019 were selected.The entry criteria were in line with the "diagnostic efficacy standard of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms"(1),and they were divided into treatment group and control group by random number method,30 cases each.There was no significant difference in age,gender and course of disease among the patients(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and vertigo rating scale between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).2.Treatment method: in the treatment group,take orally Shengjiang Powder,add flavor: Uncaria 30 g,Pueraria 30 g,Gentiana12g,Qiang Huo 12 g,stir fried Bombyx mori 6g,angelica 20 g,rhubarb12g,scorpion 5g,Danshen 20 g,Glycyrrhiza 6g,Vitex 30 g,turmeric9g,cicada sloughdecoct 3g,in small heat for 30 minutes,take 200 ml of medicine juice,take 100 ml each in the morning and evening;in the control group,take orally: flunarizine hydrochloride capsule(manufacturer: Xi'an YANGSEN Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.);Guoyao Zhunzi: h10930003,5mg / night(before bed);2 weeks is a course of treatment,and the therapeutic effect and safety are observed in the 0,2,4 and 6 weeks respectively,followed up for 2 months after the end.The patients were asked to live a regular life,eat a balanced diet and exercise.3.Observation index:(1)the evaluation of therapeutic effect mainly includes TCM syndrome score,vertigo evaluation scale,changes of blood lipid and hemorheology;(2)the safety evaluation and fecal routine,electrocardiogram.4.Statistical methods: spss22.0 statistical software is used for data analysis,and the statistical methods adopted are different according to the different data: if the measurement data of repeated measurement conform to the normal distribution and the variance is uniform,the repeated measurement variance analysis is used;the chi square test is used for the count data,and the rank sum test is used for the grade data in the count;the independent sample t test is used for the comparison between groups;all the statistics According to p value,P < 0.05 indicates significant difference,P > 0.05 indicates no statistical significance.Result:(1)There was no significant difference in general data and scores of patients before treatment(P>0.05)(2)TCM symptom score,vertigo rating scale,blood lipid and hemorheology: at the end of this study,statistics showed that the results of the above observation indexes in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the comparison between the groups(P<0.05);it showed that the two groups could improve the above observation indexes,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)evaluation of therapeutic effect: according to the TCM symptom score before and after treatment,nimodipine method was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of all patients.The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 80%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)safety index: blood routine,liver and kidney function,urine and feces routine and ECG examination were carried out on all patients in the group at the 0,2,4 and 6 weeks.At the end of this study,there was a case of leukopenia in the blood routine,and the patient was asked to take medicine for symptomatic treatment,and the reexamination was normal after 2 weeks;3 patients had abnormal urine routine,and the patient was asked to drink water frequently,urinate more,and it was normal after 3 weeks.Conclusion:In the treatment of vertigo of phlegm dampness middle obstruction type,the TCM symptom score and symptoms of the patients can be significantly improved by using the method of regulating qi and Qi,and the safety is relatively high.At present,there is no adverse reaction,so it is worth popularizing in clinical.
