Clinical Study Of Jiawei Dingxuan Mixture Combined With Betahistine In The Treatment Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Interverted Dizziness

Objective:To evaluate the effects of Jiawei Dingxuan Mixture and Betahistine on the symptoms of phlegm and blood stasis interstitial dizziness patients,TCM syndrome scores,peak blood flow velocity and hemorheology of the intracranial arterial systole,and evaluate the phlegm and blood stasis mutual resistance The treatment effect of vertigo patients taking Jiawei Dingxuan Mixture＋BetahistineMethods:A total of 120 patients with migraine were randomly selected.During the study period,2 cases were eliminated,2 cases were lost,and 116 cases were effective.Among them,56 were in the control group and 60 were in the treatment group.The two groups are divided into three types:phlegm and blood stasis mutual resistance syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis mutual resistance syndrome and phlegm turbidity heavy syndrome,and phlegm and blood stasis mutual resistance syndrome and blood stasis heavy syndrome.The treatment group was given Jiawei Dingxuan Mixture combined with Betahistine;Jiawei Dingxuan Mixture added with Zhuli,Tiannanxing and Betahistine;Jiawei Dingxuan Mixture with Guizhi Fuling Pills and Betahistine;The group was given oral betahistine.A course of treatment is 14 days.We observe the dizziness symptom scores and the changes in peak blood flow velocity and hemorheology of the intracranial arteries during the systole during the two groups of the same syndrome typeResults:1.After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of vertigo in patients with different types of vertigo in the treatment group was 91.67%,and the effective rate in the control group was 71.43%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The score is better than the control group over the same period,and the differences between the groups are statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05);after the treatment course,there is also a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).2.Compared with before treatment,the peak blood flow velocity of the intracranial arteries during the systolic phase of the two groups of patients was significantly improved,and the comparison of the data in the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05),and treated with the group effect is better.3.The hemorheological whole blood viscosity,high blood viscosity and low blood viscosity of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05).The indicators of the treatment group were better than those of the control group at the same time.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Jiawei Dingxuan Mixture and Betahistine can effectively reduce the number of vertigo episodes,relieve the severity of symptoms and accompanying symptoms,shorten the duration of onset,and improve the quality of daily life of patients.The mechanism of action may be related to ameliorating the intracranial blood flow velocity and reducing blood viscosity in patients with vertigo.
