| Objective: In view of the instauration of uterus after cesarean section for women problems,observe the women taking maternal uterine instauration the indicators after Chanfukang decoction,compared to women not taking,statistical analysis of various index differences,to comprehensive evaluation of maternal Chanfukang decoction's influence on uterine instauration,to study the effect of maternal Chanfukang decoction mechanism,thus to promote the instauration of uterus after cesarean section provides guidance for women.Methods: 1.Case selection: the 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).2.Treatment: the control group was given routine treatment after cesarean section,and the experimental group was treated with a placebo for 14 days.3.The curative effect evaluation: two groups of maternal daily record fundus falling height,the amount of hemorrhagic lochia,duration of lochia,record the day of 1 and 5 days after routine blood,and clotting four,the change of D-D,postpartum 42 days abdominal ultrasound measurement uterine size,the change of the TCM symptom score before and after medication.Results: Baseline comparison: 1.Two groups of maternal age,delivery times,gestational age,birth weight,and routine blood,and clotting postpartum 1 day four,TCM symptom scores comparison difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Uterine recovery index: In the first day,the 3rd day and the 5th day,the uterine bottom dropped height: the decrease rate in the experimental group was faster than that in the control group(P< 0.05).(2)to compare two groups of maternal hemorrhagic amount and duration of lochia: experimental group amount less than the control group of hemorrhagic lochia,hemorrhagic duration was shortened,lochia 42 days lochia clean cases not less than the control group(P<0.05);(3)to compare two groups of 42 days after postpartum exceeds values: experimental group maternal uterine three lines the sum is smaller than in the control group(P<0.05),in which the group without three lines the uterus is greater than the sum of 18 cm,the control group in 3 cases;Compared with the two groups,there were no hysteresis in the experimental group and 3 in the control group.3.Maternal recovery indicators: Compared with the 5 days after the operation of the two groups,the two groups showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the test group was higher than the control group(P <0.05).(2)to compare two groups of four results: 5 days after postpartum clotting fibrinogen group than the control group significantly decreased(P<0.05),thrombin time increased significantly(P<0.05),prothrombin time and the part activated clotting time live enzymes to compare differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05);Compared with the control group,the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: 1.The Chanfukang decoction can accelerate the daily decrease of the uterine floor and promote the recovery of the uterine body.2.The Chanfukang decoction can accelerate the discharge rate of lochia rubra and reduce the duration of lochia and lochia rubra;3.The Chanfukang decoction can improve the blood cell count,hemoglobin quantity and platelet count after cesarean section,and promote the recovery of puerpera.4.The Chanfukang decoction can reduce the fibrinogen content,prolong the time of thromboplastin,reduce the d-dimer,and improve the postpartum hypercoagulability.5.The Chanfukang decoction can improve the discomfort symptoms of women in puerperium,reduce the integral of TCM symptoms,and improve the quality of life of women in the puerperium. |
