Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of focused ultrasound in promoting uterine recovery after cesarean section. Methods:From October 2017 to April 2018,370 patients with cesarean section who met the inclusion criteria were included in this study and were divided into treatment group(ultrasound treatment)and control group(ultrasound false photos)according to the principle of random control. The treatment group and control group were 185 cases, respectively. The treatment group was treated with focused ultrasound therapy instrument, once a day, each time for 20 minutes, continuous treatment for 5 days. The method and time of operation of the control group and the treatment group were consistent, and no ultrasound energy was output. At the same time, all patients were given intravenous oxytocin once every day 3 days before cesarean section, each with a focused ultrasound therapy instrument U.20 the height of uterine floor drop before and after treatment was recorded each time.the uterine floor drop index [uterine floor drop index =(first measurement of uterine length-last measurement of uterine length)/(first measurement of uterine length)×100%] was calculated.Meanwhile, the changes, nature and quantity of lochia were followed up on the 10 th,21st,35 th and 42 nd days after operation, and the rate of uterine reversion was calculated [=(number of lochia time greater than 42 days)/(total number)× 100%].The decline index, duration of lochia and the rate of uterine recovery were compared between the two groups. The safety evaluation should be carried out according to the safety grading standard during and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse events, severity and need to be dealt with in detail. So as to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of focused ultrasound to promote uterine recovery. Results: Two cases in the treatment group were not completed,9 cases in the control group were not completed as required, and 2 cases were missing.Therefore,183 cases in the treatment group and 174 cases in the control group. The mean initial uterine floor height of the treatment group was(19.84±1.48)cm,the mean initial uterine floor height of the control group was(19.67 ± 1.87)cm..The subterranean descending index of treatment group and control group was(16.30 ± 4.83)% and(15.13 ±8.87)%,respectively.The subterranean descending index of control group was smaller than that of treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Mean blood lochia and serous lochia in treatment group The interval was(8.05±3.16)d?(17.51±7.17)d,while the control group was(9.51 ± 3.97)d ?(22.80 ± 9.05).Among the treatment group, there were 6 cases of poor uterine restoration, compared with 15 cases in the control group, and the rate of uterine restoration in the treatment group and the control group was 3.27% and 8.62%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).None of the trial patients had been treated related adverse events occurred. Conclusion: Focused ultrasound combined with oxytocin can safely and effectively promote the recovery of uterus after cesarean section, and focus ultrasound combined with oxytocin can significantly shorten the end time of blood lochia and serous lochia.
