The Study Of "Chanfukang Granules" Promoting Postoperative Recovery Of Induced Abortion

ObjectiveThrough randomized controlled trials,comparison the postoperative symptom of vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain,endometrial thickness in the third week,complications and menstrual recovery in different groups.To evaluate the effect of Chanfukang granules on women after induced abortion,explore the effective program of prevention and treatment of postoperative complications of artificial abortion by Chinese medicine.MethodsAll of the patients qualified of there groups comes from the Ambulatory surgery ward of the first affiliated hospital of guangzhuo university of TCM from May 2017 to December 2017.A total of 120 women were recruited and divided into three groups,chinese medicine(CM)group,western medicine(WM)group and normal control(NC)group.The women in the CM group received oral cefuroxime axetil tablets(0.5g po tid),ornidazole tablets(500mg po bid),Chanfukang granules(1 package po tid).Women in the WM group was given oral cefuroxime axetil tablets(0.5g po tid),ornidazole tablets(500mg po bid),Drospirenone and Ethinylestraciiol Tablets(1 po qn);the NC group oral cefuroxime axetil tablets(0.5g po tid),Ornidazole tablets(500 mg po bid).All patients started taking the first day after the operation,taking antibiotics for 5 days,producing Fukang granules,Yousmin each taking 21 days.Record postoperative vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,abdominal pain duration,abdominal pain,with or without pelvic inflammatory disease,the first menstruation tide situation(calculated on the first postoperative day),abortion 3 weeks(21 days)review of the uterus Attachment B was measured for endometrial thickness,uterine cavity(with or without residual hemorrhage),urine pregnancy test results,white blood cell count,hemoglobin level,and adverse drug reactions in the subjects.Results1.TO comparison the postoperative general conditions:the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding after induced abortion,the VAS score of abdominal pain were significantly between CM group and NC group(P<0.05)while there were no difference between CM group and WM group in these evaluation index(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of abdominal pain between the three groups(P>0.05).2.The comparison of review results after taking medicine:In terms of endometrial thickness and urine HCG results.The were significantly between CM group and NC group(P<0.05)while there were no difference between CM group and WM group in these evaluation index(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the number of white blood cells and hemoglobin after the three groups.(P>0.05).3.The Comparison of postoperative complications of abortion:The CM group had 2 cases of uterine cavity residual,1 case of uterine cavity effusion;WM group had 1 case of uterine cavity residual,2 cases of uterine cavity effusion,1 case of fever,1 case of intrauterine adhesions and the NC group had 3 cases of genital tract Infection,4 cases of residual uterine cavity,4 cases of uterine fluid,3 cases of fever,1 case of intrauterine adhesions.The were significantly between CM group and NC group(P<0.05)while there were no difference between CM group and WM group in these evaluation index(P>0.05).4.The comparison of the first menstrual relapse after surgery:the postoperative menstruation time(WM group 27.4±3.43 day<CM group 32.6±4.78 day<NC group 36.16±4.55 day),had the significantly in different groups(P<0.05)..There was no significant difference in menstrual period and menstrual flow between the complexes(P>0.05).5.The Comparison of the safety of treatment:the CM group had 1 case diarrhea;the WM group had 3 cases abnormal bleeding,3 cases breast pain and 2 cases nausea;and the NC group had 2 cases diarrhea.ConclusionChanfukang granules in one hand can effectively reduce the amount and duration of vaginal bleeding after induced abortion,postoperative complications,reproductive tract infection and ease the abdominal pain after surgery.On the other hand it can promote restoration of the endometrium,HCG overcast and menstruation.Moreover,Chanfukang granules has less side effects,to promote the postoperative uterine instauration and prevention of complications.
