| Objective:To observe the promotive efect and safety of Chong-Lou-Ji-Cai-Sheng-Hua-Tang in the involution of uterus of parturient woman after cesarean section and to provide the scientific evidence for the further clinical application of Chong-Lou-Ji-Cai-Sheng-Hua-Tang.Methods:Two hundreds parturients who underwent cesarean section in the second affiliated hospital of Zhejiang Chineses Medical University and met Inclusion criteria from January2011to January2012were randomly devided into four groups:the experimental group, the control group I, the control group Ⅱ, the control group III,50cases in each group. All groups had been intravenous dripted cefmetazole and oxytocin Immediately after operation for three days. The experimental group, the control group I, the control group II were given orally by Chong-Lou-Ji-Cai-Sheng-Hua-Tang, Chan-Fu-Kang pellet and Sheng-Hua-Tang. respectively six hours after cesarean section for fourteen days. Carry on the comparison, the observation4groups of patients with uterine involution, uterine contract-pain, situation of lactation, recovery of stomach and Intestines function and safety.Results:1. Variation of uterine involution:The experimental group is superior to the control groups in promoting the decline of uterine fundus, reducing the quantity of bloody lochia, shortening the time to lochia clean, promoting the retraction of uterus and reducing the incidence of hematometra. The results indicate that Chong-Lou-Ji-Cai-Sheng-Hua-Tang have remarkable therapeutic effect in uterine involution.2.. Situation of lactation:Compared to the control group II and the control group III, we can find that the level of lactation at the third,fourth,fifth day after operaion, The experimental group has the significant difference.It shows that Chong-Lou-Ji-Cai-Sheng-Hua-Tang can accelerate milk secretion effectively.3. Situation of recovery of stomach and Intestines function:The anal exhaust time of parturients in the experimental group was shorter than the control group II and the control group Ⅲ. Chong-Lou-Ji-Cai-Sheng-Hua-Tang can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.4. Safety analysis:There are no obvious changes for four groups in blood routine, hepatic function and renal function. No adverse effect and toxic effect were observed during the clinical observation.Conclusion:The clinic effect of Chong-Lou-Ji-Cai-Sheng-Hua-Tang in accelerating uterine involution and other rehabilitation aspects after cesarean section is of great significance. It is safe and reliable and worthy to be spreaded clinically. |
