The Clinical Observation On The Treament Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy With Bloodletting And Acupuncture

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bloodletting therapy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 61 patients of cervical spondylosis radiculopathy were divided into observation group and control group with the method of randomized control,the observation group including 31 cases,which was treated with bloodletting therapyand acupuncture treatment.Bloodlettingoperating instructions: Dortor kneaded patients' s Shi Xuan points of the affected limb,made contrafluxion,then sterilized,and used right hand holding disposable syringe,left hand holding the patient's tip,quickly stabbed 2 to 3mm,and extruded 6-10 drops of blood,once extruded 2-3 drops of blood,told the patient to move the affected limb,and finally pressed the blood with the sterilized cotton ball.Acupoints and methods: Dazhui,Jiaji(double),Tianzhu(double),Houxi(double),Dazhui punctured obliquely 1 inch,Jiaji perpendicular punctured 0.5 inch,others treated with conventional acupuncture.Retained for 30 minutes after the arrival of Qi,every 10 minutes gimmicked once.the technique for lifting-thrustingmethod.The next day for 1 times,2 weeks for 1 courses,a total of 2 course of treatment.The control group was only treated with acupuncture,taked the same method as the observation group.The simplified Mc Gill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)and Tanaka Yasushi symptom quantization table 20 division method were used to evaluate the curative effect Before and after treatment and 3 months after treatment.Results 1.Treatment-related pain scores were significantly lower in the treatment group than the control group,and symptom score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment? 2.The curative rate of observation group was 67.74%,and the total effective rate were 87.09%,in contrast,the control group both curative rate and total effective rate was lower,which were namely 26.67% and 80%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant between two groups after treatment in signs and pain scores;Two groups after3 months of treatment had statistical difference.Conclusion:The effect of bloodletting therapy combined with acupuncture is more effectively than regular acupuncture methods.It better improved symptoms and signs than the control group.
