Objective:To observe the different effect on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy treated by well-points which from the meridians of the same name bloodletting combined with acupuncture and simple acupuncture.Method:60 patients were divided into two groups, well-points which from the same name meridian bloodletting combined with acupuncture treatment group and simple acupuncture control group. There were 30 patients in each group. After 2 periods of treatment, we statistics the effect and record and compare the pain score before and after acupuncture treatment.Result:In the treatment group,9 cases recovered,12 cases were markedly improved,6 cases were improved and invalid in 2 cases, the effective rate was 93.1%;In the control group,6 cases recovered,7cases were markedly improved,9 cases were improved and invalid in 7 cases, the effective rate was 75.9%. After acupuncture treatment, the two groups’ score of pain was significantly different from before(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the matched group.Conclusion: Well-points which from the same name meridian bloodletting combined with acupuncture treatment group and simple acupuncture control group can both treat Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy effectively, but the effect of the treatment group is more significant.
