Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at cervical spondylosis points combined with Dazhui bloodletting on patients with CSR blood stasis syndrome,to find an effective treatment method for the characteristic treatment of this disease and to provide a certain clinical research basis for clinical popularization and application. Methods:According to EXCEL random number table method,70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group(electroacupuncture at cervical vertebra point combined with Dazhui bloodletting group)and control group(electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji point combined with Dazhui bloodletting group),35 cases in each group.Electroacupuncture treatment was given once a day for 10 days as a course of treatment, the interval between the two courses of treatment was 1 day,a total of 2 courses of treatment(a total of 21 days);Bloodletting treatment was given once every other day,5 times as a course of treatment, the interval between the two courses of one day,a total of 2 courses of treatment. The VAS score and the curative effect score of cervical spondylosis were registered before and after treatment, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results: 1.To observe the changes of curative effect indexes of the two groups before and after treatment:(1)Compared with before treatment, the VAS score and the total score of cervical spondylosis in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),indicating that both groups can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of CSR patients.(2)Compared with the control group,it was found that the VAS score decreased significantly after the first course of treatment(P < 0.05),which indicated that the observation group was more effective in relieving CSR pain in a short period of time. However, there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between the two groups after two courses of treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups had the same effect on relieving pain within a relatively long course of treatment. There were significant differences in neck pain and neck movement in the evaluation of curative effect of cervical spondylosis, suggesting that the observation group could improve the neck pain and neck caused by CSR.The activity aspect is more advantageous than the control group treatment.2.Comparison of overall curative effect evaluation: According to the curative effect score scale of cervical spondylosis,After treatment, the total effective rate was 97.14% in electroacupuncture combined with Dazhui bloodletting group and 94.29% in cervical Jiaji point combined with Dazhui bloodletting group.the results were compared by rank sum test of grade data.It was concluded that there was no significant difference in the overall curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: The main results are as follows: 1.Electroacupuncture at cervical vertebra point combined with Dazhui bloodletting and electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji point combined with Dazhui bloodletting can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of nerve root type cervical spondylosis blood stasis syndrome, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.2.Although electroacupuncture cervical spondylosis combined with large vertebral bloodletting therapy and electroacupuncture neck Jiaji acupoint combined with large vertebral bloodletting therapy,in the long-term treatment and overall efficacy analysis of the treatment results are not significantly different, but electroacupuncture cervical spondylosis combined with large vertebral bloodletting therapy is better for relieving neck pain and improving neck activity,And in the relatively short course of treatment to alleviate the pain caused by the impact of the response is more advantageous.
