Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Treated By Well-points Needle Puncture Bloodletting Combined With Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the different effect on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathytreated by Well-points needle puncture bloodletting combined with acupuncture and simpleacupuncture,and to find a simple and reliable treatment.Method:60patients were dividedinto two groups, Well-points needle puncture bloodletting combined with acupuncturetreatment group and simple acupuncture control group,there were30patients in each group.Before treatment and after2periods of treatment,we record the score of patients’ clinicalsymptoms,clinical signs,pain.Result:The effective rate was85.71%in the treatmentgroup,78.57%in the control group.After acupuncture treatment,the two groups’ score ofpatients’ clinical symptoms, clinical signs and pain was different from before(P<0.05),Thetreatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion:The well-points needlepuncture bloodletting combined with acupuncture treatment group and simple acupuncturecontrol group can improve patients’ clinical symptoms and functions, eliminate and relievethe pain of patients, but the effect of the treatment group is more significant. This topic foracupuncture treatment on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy provides better acupuncturetreatment, has certain clinical value and theoretical significance.
