| ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with scraping in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Through clinical randomized controlled trials,we compared the clinical efficacy of common acupuncture(control group)and acupuncture combined with scraping(treatment group)in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,and explored the clinical significance of scraping in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from the evaluation of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy pain and TCM symptoms The purpose of this study is to seek a more simple and effective method for acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.MethodsAll the cases were collected from the acupuncture clinic of satuek hospital in buriram City,Thailand from June 2020 to November 2020.According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were collected.They were randomly divided into control group(ordinary acupuncture group)with 30 cases and treatment group(acupuncture combined with scraping group)with 30 cases.During the treatment,the common acupuncture points and methods in the treatment group were the same as those in the control group(common acupuncture group),and the scraping therapy was mainly based on scraping along meridians.The treatment group and the control group were treated with acupuncture once every three days,twice a week,two weeks as a course of treatment,two courses of continuous treatment,a total of 8 times.Among them,scraping twice a week(once every three days),four times for a course of treatment.The curative effect was observed after 2 courses of treatment.Before treatment and at the end of the second course(after treatment),JOA score,McGill score and NPQ score were evaluated in time to judge the curative effect,and spss26.0 was used for statistical analysis.ResultsThere was no significant difference in general data(gender,age,course of disease)between the two groups(P>0.05).(1)Analysis of the total score of clinical symptoms and signs:when compared with the total score of JOA,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement effect of acupuncture combined with scraping on the clinical symptoms and signs of the subjects was better than that of ordinary acupuncture.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,in order to show that the two groups have effect,but acupuncture combined with scraping treatment can better alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect,which is better than ordinary acupuncture treatment.(2)Analysis of the total pain score:when comparing the McGill total score,the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined with scraping treatment has better effect on pain improvement than ordinary acupuncture treatment.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,in order to show that the two groups have the effect of treatment,but acupuncture combined with scraping treatment can better relieve the pain of clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect,which is better than ordinary acupuncture treatment.(3)Analysis of the total score of disease influence on ADL:when comparing the total score of NPQ,the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),so as to show that acupuncture combined with scraping treatment has better effect on improving ADL than ordinary acupuncture treatment.The difference between the two groups before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,in order to show that the two groups have the effect of treatment,but acupuncture combined with scraping treatment can reduce the disease influence of daily life ability,improve the quality of life of the subjects,which is better than ordinary acupuncture treatment.(4)Analysis of the total score of clinical efficacy:the clinical efficacy was compared according to the total score of JOA.In the treatment group(acupuncture combined with scraping treatment),there were 30 cases,4 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,1 case was invalid,29 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 96.70%;in the control group(ordinary acupuncture treatment),there were 30 cases,2 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective,and none The total effective rate was 86.70%.ConclusionThe results of this study showed that the clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,but in terms of the cure rate and total effective rate of the two groups,it can be seen that the effect of the treatment group(acupuncture combined with scraping treatment)was better than that of the control group(ordinary acupuncture treatment),P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,so as to show that acupuncture combined with scraping can be used in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy To improve the clinical efficacy,it can improve the neck,shoulder and upper limb pain,numbness and other clinical symptoms,reduce the disease impact of activities of daily living,and improve the quality of life of the
