Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Chinese Medicine Apply In Treating Facial Recurrent Dermatitis

ObjectiveObservation with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine apply in treating the curative effect of patients with facial recurrent dermatitis,to provide basis for the acupuncture treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis,at the same time give a full play to the superiority of the unique features of traditional Chinese medicine therapy,providing a new method for the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis.Methods60 patients with this study included in the standard were randomly divided into two groups,each group 30 cases.The treatment group using acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine apply,control group using topical bout cream plus oral compound vitamin C treatment,two groups of treatment are to 7 days for a period of treatment,in 7 days and 14 days respectively record the change of the two groups of patients with symptoms of subjective and objective,and according to the standard evaluation curative effect.Finally,using statistical tests whether the clinical efficacy of statistically significant.ResultsAfter treatment,the clinical total score of the two groups are both lower(P < 0.05): suggesting the two groups could improve the symptoms in the disease,and clinical total score in treatment group than the control group to reduce more,namely,the treatment group is better than that of control group in terms of symptoms improve.As for the curative effect evaluation,treatment group total effective rate compared with the control group total effective rate,there were significant differences(P < 0.05),the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.ConclusionUsing acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine apply is safe and effective in the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis and is worth expanding in clinical reference practice.
