Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of the Chinese MedicineJieDuLiangYanTang (JDLYT ) in the treating corticosteroid dependentdermatitis. It provide basis for the feasibility of Chinese medical sciencetreating on facial hormone dependence dermatitis and can be widely used inthe clinical diagnosis.Methods: The patients were randomly divided into two groups 35 cases intreatment group, treated with the Tradition Chinese Medicine JDLYT, 30 casesin control group, treated with levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets. The courseof treatment was 8 weeks. After 8 weeks of treatment, observe the clinic affectby the signs that erythematic, engorge, inflammatory whelk, angiotelectasis,pruritus and other complaint.Results: The treatment group surpasses the control group in the total effect,the treatment of the most monomial symptoms and the symptom of TCM. Inthe period of the observation, no side effect was found in the treatment groupResults:Conclusion: Traditional Chinese Medicine is effective and safe for treatingcorticosteroid dependent dermatitis and worth to be recommended in clinicalapplication.
