Desensitization Treatment Of Chinese Medicine Pilular For Facial Allergic Dermatitis Inclinical Research

Objective: To observe the effect of Chinese patent drug named desensitization pilular on lower the number of blood eosinophils and serum total IgE and its clinical efficacy in this medical research, analyze the relationship between the change of facial allergic dermatitis lesions and the lower of blood eosinophils and serum total IgE.Determination of the relationship between indicators of change, understanding of Chinese medicine treatment of facial allergic dermatitis syndrome differentiation system and theory,to further clarify the mechanism and the advantages of treatment of Chinese patent drug named desensitization pilular .Methods: The reserch of the subject were 60 patients from the Beauty section of Second Affiliated Hospital to heilongjiang university of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2008 to December 2009.And the exclusion of other diseases such as the disease of heart,brain and blood vessels.As well as the disease of liver,kidney and hematopoietic system and mental diseases,and patients themselves are not Allergies Physique and no allergic to this drug ingredients.Patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group 30 cases,the therapy used the oral Traditional Chinese medicine named desensitization pilular 2 times a day orally , 6 grams each time, the control group of 30 patients,the therapy used Western medicine chlorpheniramine,3 times a day orally, each 40mg,observed two groups patients before and after treatment the changes of facial lesions,to observe the change of number of papules, the area of swelling degree and the color of the facial,and the index changes of the number of blood eosinophils and serum tal IgE.Results: Efficiency of the treatment group was 83.3%,the clinical effect of the control group was 56.7% .There were significant differences (X2 = 5.079, P <0.025),explain the clinical efficacy of treatment group is superior to the control group. After treatment,the treatment group lesion score was 2.30±2.18,control group lesion score of 4.33±3.21,both groups had significant difference (t = 2.869,P <0.01), shows the efficacy of the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group about skin lesion skore treatment groups of blood eosinophils and serum total IgE in the two indicators were significantly different (t = 3.096, P <0.01; t = 2.840, P <0.01), shows the treatment group in lowering the number of the blood eosinophil count and serum total IgE has several significant effects.Conclusion: Chinese medicine named desensitization pilular can eliminate the Toxic heat of blood, and expel wind detoxification role in therapy,the treatment result Better than the use of Western chlorpheniramine,and have not toxic side effects, and in control of recurrence is significantly better than the latter.
