Compare The Impact Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Points Apply And Oralmedication Treated For Infantile Enuresis

Objective: Our retrospective study was aimed to explore and analyze the impact of Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points apply and oral medication treated for Infantile enuresis. methods: 60 cases with deficiency-cold enuresis treated in our hospital from February 2014 to July 2015 was randomly selected.All the patients divided into two groups according to the random number table,the experimental group and the control group, 30 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points apply combined with oral medication treatment of invigorating kidney powder,The patients in the control group were treated with oral medication treatment of invigorating kidney powder.The therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of two group patients were compared after a full course of treatment. Results:The enuresis frequencies of the experimental group and control group when 2 weeks after treatment respectively were:2.93 ± 1.34 ? 4.15 ± 2.12;4 weeks after treatment respectively were:0.64 ± 1.68 ? 2.13 ± 4.87;8 weeks after treatment respectively were:0.12±0.05?1.34±0.91;The syndrome integral scores of the experimental group and control group before treatment respectively were:7.89±2.28?7.68±2.68;after treatment respectively were :2.45±1.78?3.93±2.03 The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%, the control group was 80.0%, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate of treatment group was 11.1%, the control group was 25.0%, the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture points apply combined with oral medication treatment of invigorating kidney powder treated for Infantile enuresis can receive a satisfying effect and low recurrence rate,it is worth clinical promoting.
